Esther was professional, very helpful and so pleasant as she took my payment. She confirmed that both insurance plans had been billed and was very positive. I felt nicely cared for and the whole experience was a good one. (Not to be expected in dealing with a collection agency.)

I'd give it this a 5 star review but because they took all my money, I gotta take it back. No but fr, this place has some of the best phone services I've encountered. A young lady by the name of Heidi (Heidey?) Can't spell her name, but she was super patient and helpful with my payment plan. Give her a raise. Thank you for your help taking care of my bills and I hope all that money goes to a good cause. 9/10.

They blast personal information on bad reviews and don't get the information correct. As said before in reviews , The lack of care for people's private information and the lack of respect for an individual by this company's employees is disgraceful.
The company doesn't realize the reputation they have. Pray your collections go to the other agency's here in Utah county. This company will say anything to get you to pay because commissions on the paycheck is their goal. Reputable ?

Horrible company. Claims to have sent me letters. Never received. Claims to have made multiple calls. Did have one voicemail stating this is so and so from MLC call me back. Sounds like a scam to me so why would I call back. If you stated what your company actually was and the reason for the call I would have gladly called back. Don’t care to owe collections. Court paperwork was served to my girlfriend, not myself. Real shady. Filed on the 11. Served on the 23rd. Told I had 10 days to respond from file date and served 12 days later. Real fair for me. When I called and asked for a copy of the letters that were sent I was told they only have to send it once so they will not be doing that. Charged court fees even though I paid out of court. You guys are a top notch company. Good for you. No need for an owner response on this one. Your excuses aren’t needed.

Esther, was wonderful to work with!
The original billing company would send 8 or a Dozen bills, months after the medical service, They knew how much was due, but they Would Not Allow Me to Pay Off what I Owed Them for the Doctors Service!
They wanted me to fill out each individual bill with a separate Check or C.C. !
This could be up to 8 to 20 individual bills at a time to then Mail in!
These were every single week!
When they sent them to Mountain Land Collections. (MLC) they would send each and every single individual weekly appointment billing to them , as (MLC) knew that they were receiving these bills individually they would notify me by mail.
And then allow me to pay off the total amount due as a single payment!
Esther and (MLC) show me Patience, Courtesy, Compassion, and allow me to collect weeks worth of individual Billings and then to make A Payment for the full amount, that the billing agency had sent over months to (MLC)!
I have only had to make couple of payments instead of filling out multiple forms and paying dozens of individual bills!
I appreciate (MLC) and Specifically Ms Esther for her going out of her way to be so helpful and kind!
She made taking care of these billings Quick, Simple and Easy for me to take care of!
Thank You to (MLC), and Particularly for Esther for all that she did for me, making handling of this issue Simple, Easy and Pain-free!!!

Never heard of this company until they attempted to serve me papers at my place of business. Tried to call and got put on hold. Lost track, my own fault, I know. Now they’re sending the claim in for judgment. I tried to talk to them and Erika informed me that I couldn’t pay it down with a payment less than $200+. I still have yet to be told what the debt is even about. What doctors office, what stay, what date this took place. Any company who sues first can just get in line with everyone else I owe from COVID.

Reasonable for everyone? If this is the bill I suspect it is, the original bill was $150-$200. If I couldn’t pay that bill in full when they sent it to me, how is it reasonable to pay $1200-$1400 now in increments of $200 a pay check? Like I said, I already have a judgment against me as it is. That’s why I can’t afford to pay you the unreasonable $200 a month. You cant get more than 25% from me per pay check and you can’t take at the same time as another judgment. I also told Erika I didn’t have a job anymore, so again. Get in line.

I communicated with Danny. He was thorough when explaining fees and payments. I appreciate the kindness and understanding he showed towards my situation/circumstances. It's tough rating a collection agency for obvious reasons, but I have to admit it wasn't the worst experience working with them thus far.
