Amazing and understanding people to work with getting debt paid off.

Great call!

Collections are never fun. Had a hospital bill I’ve been trying to pay for 2 years, and after countless calls of being told to call various different departments, and hitting a lot of dead ends, I finally got in touch with Esther at MLC. Thankfully now I got insurance to help out, but when this bill hit I didn’t. And Esther actually explained everything and took an extra step to really get the information I needed to get things straight. And the process of paying online was really easy compared to other online portals. So the $2 processing fee was totally worth it in my opinion. It’s just easy and convenient!

Ernesto was helpful at answering my questions and working to get debt adjusted as much as he could. I wish I didn't have to get here, but Ernesto made a bad situation better. The website never let me check my balance with my reference number. It always said it couldn't my account.

I was not expecting to have such a kind and knowledgeable conversation calling a debt collector. Esther was so helpful and explained things to me so I completely understood. She was generous and genuine with her care for my concerns. The issue was easily resolved and I appreciate the manor in which it became so.

These guys have preditory collections practices. They send out their notices in unmarked envelopes that look like junk, and their auto dialer takes a full minute to connect. So they don't effectively notify you of the debt, and then they charge you almost $400 to serve you at home.
