If I could give them minus 5 stars I would! Kelsey was rude talked to me like she was my enemy and hung up the phone in my face while I was asking her a question. I was never served a notice nor would they adjust my payments if I lose everything it will be there fault. Worst experience I've ever had with a so called customer service representative. She couldn't have been more unprofessional.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful. They set up a payment plan for me. I also like how they assign you an account manager, so you end up talking to the same person each time. She even gave me her direct line so I don't have to jump through hoops each time I call.

I really struggled to give a five star, seeing how they took my money 😂 how ever it is their job. Erica m was very good at it and very professional. She always made it easy to talk to her and laughed at my stupid jokes. If mlc contacts you definetly ask to talk to Erica m.
