Dennis Pawelek is the best criminal defense attorney. He is so familiar with handling felony cases and gets the best results. He got my father in law out of jail and kept him out of jail. The felony case ended up getting dismissed. He was really professional and was right on with the legal advice provided. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is charged with a crime!!!

Dennis Pawelek is an amazing attorney! He helped our daughter stay out of jail on a possession of a controlled substance and arranged it to where it will not stay on her record forever. It was clear he knew the system, how to deal with the prosecutor and the judge. He gave us great legal advice, how to be strategic and got a great resolution on our daughter's case. A number of things make Dennis the best defense attorney in the Utah a Valley. Where many lawyers follow the lead of the prosecuters and get deals that the state/city is most comfortable with, Dennis is creative & innovative in his approach and is able to make sure the outcome is as advantageous for the defendant (if not more) as it is the prosecution. He genuinely seems to care about the outcome and goes to any lengths within reason to ensure a positive outcome. Hopefully I never need representation again, but if I do, I'm only ever going to Pawelek & Gale!
