Dennis is the best criminal defense attorney for DUI’s in Utah bar none. He got a better outcome than I could have hoped for .

Dennis failed to fight for me in my case. Showed up late every court date, and basically rolled over for the PA. During consultations with him, advised me the evidence would land me a not guilty verdict, as it was self defense in my own home, than adviced me to talk a plea deal. Charged me $3000 for 45 minutes of his time. The police never even took my statement. I would never ever hire him again as my defending attorney again.

I don’t know how to thank My Attorney, (Dennis Pawelek) enough. I made some stupid decisions and was facing a felony DUI charge. That’s jail time, fines, probation, not to mention the effect a felony would have on the rest of my life. I can’t believe how good Dennis was for me. Could not have possibly asked for more. I was charged with marijuana possession and paraphernalia. Dennis could have easily gotten me a plea in abeyance deal with one year’s probation, and it would have been a job well done. However, he went above and beyond, getting my cases dismissed without any probationary requirements. I was able to keep my license, a clean conviction record, and avoid any probation. All because Dennis listened to my concerns and worked with the court system brilliantly to give me the best possible outcome. This was extremely difficult to do with the prosecutor assigned to us, and because of that Dennis delayed until we could get a deal with a more lenient prosecutor. Because of him, the only thing I was left with was a simple fine payment, and even that was lower than I expected. He is brilliant, understands the court system and how to make it work favorably for his defendants, and always communicated well and quickly with me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.
