So I was arrested on my third DUI in ten years and was in the Utah County Jail looking at a Felony DUI and prison time. I needed an aggressive DUI criminal defense attorney out of Provo Utah who was familiar with the way the courts worked. When I called Dennis, He assured me that He was the best decision ever... Boy was he not kidding. I ended up getting court probation, No Jail Time, a small amount of fines and the felony was dropped to a Class B misdemeanor. Thank you Dennis. I was arrested on a DUI charge with multiple in charges as well and was being charged with my 3rd DUI in the state of Utah. I was also facing a felony DUI, prison time, and then Adult Probation and massive fines. Richard Gale is an AMAZING and SMART attorney. He represented our son in a difficult jury trial involving serious charges, and achieved a victory! Richard’s hard work ethic, 20+ years practicing law as a defense attorney, and his polished people skills became apparent as he defended our son. He was BRILLIANT!
