David Mitchell was super easy and amazing to work with. My EAP referred me to Smith Strong for estate planning. On my first call to schedule a consultation, it was evident I had no idea what I needed exactly. The paralegal advised me to attend a free Zoom webinar to get more information about estate planning. Once I did that, I learned so much and knew what I needed (David breaks everything down into super easy-to-understand diagrams). I scheduled an appointment to start. No high pressure sales while getting more information from me about what I needed (I guess this was more of an in-person consultation). I decided to go with their services since David was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and informative. My second in-person appointment was my signing meeting. It was super straight-forward because David made it easy to understand. I just left the funding meeting (3rd appt) and, again, he made it super easy. In fact, I drove straight over to my bank and got everything taken care of over there in record timing! Now just a couple more things on my checklist and I’ll be in good shape.
