I worked with Nicole Gram. She was great and a wonderful support throughout the process. On the first day I met her, she said “you will be relived once all of this is done” and after the case, I felt it.

I needed to find an affordable, knowledgeable & trustworthy law firm to assist me in creating my Will for my personal Estate to include a Special Needs Trust. A friend referred me to SmithStrong from an ad they saw in a local community paper. The ad offered a FREE 1-hour Estate Planning session via Zoom Call, so I figured I had nothing to lose by attending. There were several other prospective clients on the call. Attorney, Van Smith, broke down the process of what it means to create a Will vs Trust & the differences between the two. He took the time to answer all of our questions and afterwards, scheduled everyone for a f/u appt. At my f/u appt., I met w/ Van Smith in-person to discuss my own personal needs & goals for creating my Will. The f/u appt. was a one & a 1/2 hour session, also at NO Charge. Based on his tactic of providing free guidance, not once, but twice, to help me make the best possible decision for myself & my family, I hired SmithStrong as my attorney to handle my Estate. The price was higher than what I expected, but for the amount of free advice I rec'd prior to my decision, it was totally worth it. The staff is pleasant & professional & always follows up in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend SmithStrong to anyone looking for an Estate Attorney.
