I cannot recommend Smith Strong, PLC enough. We worked with him for our Estate planning. He was very patience and answering every questions and guiding us through out the process. He and his team took time to explain each step of this process to ensure we understood what to expect and worked diligently to get this done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for Estate planning.

My attorney (Nicole Gram) was the perfect fit for a new client especially in the area of divorce proceedings, she was very patient and guided me through the the whole process of the divorce and was very accessible and prompt with returning messages. Terrible customer service

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with David Mitchell. I’ve been postponing my estate planning for far too long. A change in my family status was causing me great worry for personal reasons. I didn’t know any estate attorneys and didn’t feel comfortable sharing with anyone. After many sleepless nights, I reached out to a program through my employer for a referral to an attorney. When I called the office, I learned about the estate planning workshop. It was led by David. It was extremely helpful to me and further pointed out my concerns needed to be dealt with asap. It was free and virtual. A free consultation was included after attending the workshop. This was for everyone, not only those referred by my employer. David made time in his schedule to meet privately and virtually in only a few days. I felt safe to share my specific needs. David was very patient and compassionate to my concerns. I made the decision to move forward with my estate planning that day. I’m so grateful I found him. He took careful notes to ensure every one of my concerns were addressed. I met again with him to review the documents in person with masks at his office. He and his staff took great care to wear masks and meet with me in a room where I felt safe from covid. Later, he met virtually and reviewed funding my new trust. He was again patient and compassionate. He is a great teacher on estate planning. I always left meetings with him feeling heard and positive about the plan. I no longer have sleepless nights. I’m confident I’m protected both in life and in death. I’m also confident he will be here for my trustees when the time comes and my wishes will be followed. I highly recommend David Mitchell to help with your estate planning needs.

I have worked with Smithstrong on two occasions and been very pleased with both. The most recent entailed handling the estate of my late Mother. They were empathetic and took the lead on everything. By the end of it, there is no doubt that I could never have done it by myself. Navigating Covid-19 made it that more challenging. Maria Cox in particular helped explain all the little steps and kept me updated regularly. I will always thank Maria and Smithstrong for getting me through this probate process.

Keith Jones and April Anderson worked as my legal team during a long divorce process. Keith presents a balanced demeanor with a gift for explaining the process in layman's terms. April ensures calls are scheduled and updates provided as she has them. I like to point out that whereas friend said it took her lawyer weeks to notify her about her divorce, April called me as soon as she knew. These two are the ones you want for your case!
