Attended a (free) webinar via Zoom to learn about Estate Planning. Was very wary of a long, boring, overly-technical 'snore-a-thon' but instead was sorry the session ended and came away with a clear understanding thanks to to the lucid, enjoyable presentation by Attorney/Counselor at Law H. Van Smith. Absolutely NO strings attached. No sales pressure. No annoying calls. Van's natural/conversational style will quickly put you at ease and the depth of his subject matter expertise is amazing. Had a great experience with Van Smith and his team in writing our will and setting up a living trust for our kids.
