Mr. Andrew Lindsey helped me to restore my firearm rights in Stafford County. Mr.Lindsey was professional the entire time from start to finish, answered all my questions and put me at ease to all the stress I was going thorough due to my particular case. Amazing! I’m the worst and I got a reckless 3 years ago that was knocked down to speeding. Also have a couple traffic infractions on my record. Fast forward to 2020, 2 months ago I got another reckless (speeding to the doctors office b/c of a weird rash that turned out to just be razor burn 😬). So of course I also procrastinated and got a lawyer the week of the court date. Steve was very reassuring and his law firm completely calmed my nerves. On top of that my case was completely dismissed. Everyone was completely professional and I like how Steve was down to earth, clean cut, and took the time to call me and reassure me and explain my options. I attained the legal services of Andrew Lindsey in October of 2019. For the October charges, Mr. Lindsey was referred to me through the Public Defenders office, with high regard, as he was the city's public defender prior to beginning his own practice. Mr. Lindsey was willing to work with my budget, kind, yet truthful and to the point. Very professional and thorough. After working together on best practices, behaves and steps I should take prior to the case, which I did, he dealt with the prosecutor prior to court date.
