Mr. Lindsay was hired to deal with my expungement after a nolle pros charge. I initially tried to conduct this by myself and was unsuccessful because the prosecutor objected this causing the judge to denied my expungement. Mr. Lindsay was able to review my case and file an immediate appeal with the court system to hear it again but with his representation. Mr. Lindsay was able to schedule a hearing in a quick manner and successfully argued on my behalf when the prosecutor continued to object. The judge approved my expungement after hearing the convincing argument from Mr. Lindsay. I am very grateful for Mr. Lindsay in his professionalism, communication, and dedication. I would highly recommend Att. Andrew Lindsey for all your needs. I’ve been in law enforcement in one capacity or another since 1976. I was recently retired and headed home from our first season in Florida when I was given a ticket for over 20 MPH on a major highway. To my surprise when I looked closely at my citation it said Reckless. I was never informed by the trooper of the charge of Reckless as is the norm after researching Virginia laws and it’s practices. I immediately looked on line and found Andrew. I do admit to speeding but there was nothing Reckless about a clear day with No traffic on a straight highway. If you’ve found yourself in such a situation in Virginia get a lawyer. Very pleased with Andrew in every way. It was a costly experience that law abiding travelers should not have to experience. The end result was a plead of 9 MPH over the speed limit and a fine of 579.00 including court costs. The judge decided to double my fine because in was in a high accident zone. Lesson learned and couldn’t have done it without Andrew and his representation.

Steve Duckett took my reckless driving case last minute and took the time to explain everything I needed to do. I was charged with doing 52 in a 25.
