Hey Everyone, I usually do not do reviews. However, I felt it was vital to do this from the beginning. I felt like I had known Mr.Matney for years; he was very friendly, welcoming, and honest. Not only was he pleasant, but his team was lovely as well, Especially Dana, his paralegal when I sent her all more information that Mr.Matney requested. Dana replied promptly and let me know my paperwork was received. Dana even told me they had my court case changed, and Mr.Matney did multiple follow-ups before the court case to keep me informed about it, which I am very grateful for because I wouldn't say I like going to court. They put me at ease, and once we were in the courtroom. I will say I followed Mr.Matney's recommendations, and they helped me to dismiss my court case. Therefore if you ever have to go to Traffic Court, I recommend Mr.Matney and his team because they are remarkable and will go the extra mile for you.

Mr. Matney has been one of the best lawyers I have worked with. He is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the outcome of whatever situation you are in is successful. This firm is incredible. Extremely professional, excellent communication, and answered all questions I had at a level I understood and was made comfortable. Tough case but they worked through the evidence and got all charges dropped. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Mr. Martin. He made me feel at ease during this whole process and was always there for me at anytime of day to answer any questions I had during this horrible experience. Mr. Martin was very unhelpful for my case last year with my dui while i had multiple medical conditions that could be proven by proffessionals that he never wanted to present in court. He never wanted to meet with me in person only speak on the phone about my case with very limited time as he would rush the conversation saying he was talking to me on his personal phone while he was home on his personal time and other lawyers supposively would do that. Only time I seen him was in court appearances while he never spoke up to the judge about anything we discussed over there phone. Wasted thousands of dollars for a top lawyer that chose not to help me.

This is the best DUI attorney in the state of Virginia. He dropped my DUI 1st to a reckless and saved my career. I highly recommend Mr. Martin without a doubt.
