Excellent and friendly service and advice!!

Jeff Martin came on board to help my fiancé in a DUI (+ other charges) case after her first attorney was removed, and he was incredible. His understanding and guidance was better than any other attorney I have personally ever used for a similar charge years ago, his attention to detail was amazing and his responsiveness to every need or question we had was immediate. (when not in court on another case of course). Jeff literally went out of his way on occasions just to make sure my fiancé was hanging in there on what could have been life changing verdicts and got a result (positive) that I never expected would be possible. As someone who unfortunately had to retain many attorneys in my earlier life, I can say with all honesty that Jeff Martin was the best, most organized, most prepared and kindest, most genuine attorney I have ever met. Simply incredible.

I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have Mr. Mark, he was able to get my reckless driving ticket dismissed, and the other three citations. He is wonderful to work with and a joy to be around. I would highly recommend having him on your team to achieve the best results!

They act as though they care but they don't. He did not defend me, he did not let me speak at all. I'm almost sure he dozed off during our office visit and on the day of court he chatted it up with the officers and only gave me 5 mins to decide what I wanted to do. The first and worst lawyer I've ever had.

I will share some real experiences. I received a summons for reckless driving in February. I didn’t even know the content of the summons because I didn’t speak English well. I just knew that I had to go to court on March 25. Later, I contacted Mr. Mark through the introduction of my pastor. I sent an email to Mark and told him what really happened that day. He introduced me to the seriousness of reckless driving and was willing to defend me in court. He would change the “reckless driving” to “speeding fine”. It sounded good. I paid him $. in lawyer fees before 9 am on March 21. After that, Mark and his assistant didn’t contact me again. I also sent messages many times to confirm that lawyer Mark would accompany me to court on March 25 and some matters. But I didn’t get a reply. Until the evening of March 24, when I confirmed again, Mark told me that he could not attend and asked me to change the court date and other matters. This was too sudden and I couldn’t understand and accept it. I went to court on March 25, and the judge ruled that the court fees for reckless driving totaled $300, which I had to accept. On March 27, I had to go abroad (the flight ticket was booked in January). Since Attorney Mark did not do his job and delayed my time to find other lawyers, I asked Attorney Mark to refund my fees, of course I would give him some tips. Mark refused to refund my attorney fees. He first called me by my Nickname and sent me a long email, explaining the seriousness of the reckless driving conviction and asking me to take driver education courses and volunteer work. He could help change the reckless driving to a speeding fine. In desperation, I believed him again. At that time, I had left the United States and was overseas. On April 29, I returned to the VA and completed all the work Mark asked me to do. The second court hearing was changed three times, Before entering the court today, Attorney Mark told me not to make any explanations and did not let me speak. WHY？He didn't actually explain the core issue to the judge in court. He said, let the judge decide .So the result today is still: reckless driving, fines and court fees are more than the first time, $456+$500 （attorney fees）Very disappointed! Being a person requires honesty. Lawyers should uphold professional ethics, judges should be fair, police should be honest, and the world needs sincerity. Whether you need to choose Mark as your lawyer, you should have the answer in your mind.

I was impressed by this lawyer's expertise. He handled my case with professionalism and achieved an outstanding result. Had speeding 61 in a 45 and case was dismissed!! Couldn’t ask for a better outcome. I definitely highly recommend Mr Matney. He’s caring and listens. If you need a Lawyer Mr Matney is definitely the one to hire!!

Mr. Martin was very helpful in my case. He was reasonably priced and got my felony charge lowered as well as not one but TWO charges completely dropped!
