Mark Matney is a top notch attorney. He recently represented my son for a reckless ticket due to an accident. Mark made excellent recommendations on how to prepare for court and he and the rest of his team kept us well informed throughout the process. They quickly responded to all communication. I've known Mark Matney for quite some time, stemming from our first encounter when he represented me at Traffic Court in Virginia in 2019. He was very helpful and assuring, crafted the best defense based on my cases, and gave me the adequate guidance to obtain the most feasible and successful result. I have consulted with him on other matters as well, including financial and insurance matters, and yet again, he delivered beneficial information and resources. I have even recently asked for guidance on behalf of a family member, and Mark delivered in his usual helpful manner. I only hope he relocates to Maryland to practice :). I would definitely recommend him for any budgeting and estate planning, investing, insurance, and transferring retirement savings from employer plans (401k) to individual IRA accounts needs! Well done to you and your team, Mark; keep up the excellent job you're doing!

I called the office after chatting with the attorney online. He told me to call the office. When I called the office I spoke with the secretary and set up a time for the attorney to call me later that week. Needless to say, the turning never called me back nor did the secretary reach out to me to set something up or reschedule or anything. No follow-up, nothing.

I'm a few years behind on this review but I cannot express enough how I wish I could put down a million stars. Jeff Martin and his team are extremely passionate and dedicated to their clients. Jeff Martin gave me knowledge, understanding, and peace of mind before/ during/ after going to court and conviction. Jeff Martin approached my case and hit it at every angle and direction he could and didn't stop till we were both pleased with the results. I owe him many many thanks to how much of an impact he and his team had on my life even after we were done with everything. To this day he still stays in contact with me and cares about how I'm doing. If you're looking for someone who cares and really knows what they're doing; then look no further. The amount of knowledge and experience Jeff Martin and his team has is absolutely incredible. If you see this Jeff Martin, seriously, thank you so much for everything.

Excellent service, communication and the outcome I was hoping for from my Reckless Driving ticket. His recommendations certainly improved my outcome based on results I was seeing for others attending for the same charge that had not done the things he suggested.

Mr. Martin was excellent. He took time to listen and walk through our case with us. He was positive but realistic about our circumstances and very clear and concise about what he needed from us. Instead of paying 4 grand or plus talk to a court appointed lawyer at the least. I can’t speak for all the lawyers at this firm as I worked with Mr. Martin. I messed up yes but not a criminal single father knew that there were other avenues!! Before I paid my 4 grand I was promised what I finally got, due to my current lawyer who actually cared!! He’ll continue court appearances until he gets full payment then go back on his original word! Glad I jumped ship but hey he’ll tell you how he helped write a dui book

The BEST LAWYER IN THE WORLD! I was facing 9 years and he was able to get me down to 42 days. Not only is he brilliant but he he has that presence in the courtroom that makes the judge listen to what he is saying. He has a top notch research team at his fingertips. he gave me my options and even said it’s “your life if you want to consult another attorney relating to the research “. So my family and I did that went to two other law practicing attorneys offices with the information relating to the laws (Mike had given us in a memorandum) the both other attorneys that we consulted with said “that the Tillotson Practices did what he would not have done, I looked at him puzzled! he said the information he provided you relating to the law is updated with all the current information and I would have had to hire a research time to find all of that and it would have them 5 days to find”! The other attorney said I would not have told you all this stuff! I said why? he said you don’t need to know this stuff! I said ummm…. thank you and left! Mike is not just the BEST “Even His PEERs Say THAT he is Better Than THEM! So basically he and his team are working at a higher level than the two other outside Legal Teams in Criminal and DUI Law that I consulted.
