I dont even know where to begin. Im in my mid 20's and got arrested for a first time DWI. I reached out to probably 4-5 firms before I found Tillotson & Martin. After one phone call with Mr. Tillotson, I knew I was going to go with him after just one phone call. He was the only attorney I spoke to that seemed to know anything about the law when it comes to DWI's, Breathalyzers, Field Sobriety Tests, and Procedures... That being said, if you dont believe me please just look up his credentials. When I decided to go with him, I knew I had the best shot at winning my case, even though I honestly didnt know if anyone would be able to help me in my situation. Well long story short, after our day in court I dont think there is a better attorney in the State of Virginia or maybe the country that specializes in DUI's. He is recognized all over the state of Virginia for DWI cases. The amount of knowledge he has is actually insane. All I can say is Mr. Tillotson and his team are worth every single penny I spent. I cant thank Him enough for the amount of work he put into my case. Just give him a call and hear what he has to say, trust me... you wont regret it. Thank you again Mr. Tillotson!

Got a ticket for failure to yield for stopped emergency vehicle and got my ticket reduced from a misdemeanor to a traffic infraction 10/10 would have represent me again

I worked with Mr. Matney for a reckless speeding ticket( I am from Maryland) I received in Williamsburg while visiting busch gardens. From the day I reached out to them, to the day of my court date, him and his entire staff was so easy to work with. They were responsive, friendly and understanding. I was to appear for my court date in person, but Mr. Matney was able to work with the court and attend on my behalf. The case came out in my favor without me even doing anything but simply following Mr.Matney’s suggestions. Please hire him if you’re an out of state visitor in Williamsburg area (or instate) who got in trouble for any speeding/traffic violations. This was the easiest process/result I could’ve ever imagined for a reckless speeding ticket in VA, given how strict their traffic violation laws are.
