Mr. Matney is a competent, caring, and thorough attorney. We hired him to represent our son in defense of a ticket resulting from a single car accident. Throughout the year-long process, Mark and his staff were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, following appeal to a higher court, we received the desired outcome.

I will bookmark Mr. Matney if I’m ever in need of a traffic attorney again (hopefully not), living and commuting in Hampton Roads is like running the gauntlet sometimes.
