I had an issue with a used car I purchased. I sent a message and was responded to within hours that day by a pleasant staffer who provided me with ample useful information. The firm followed up with me, made sure I knew what I was doing, and did this all without a charge. I did not need to pursue the matter any further as a result of their responsiveness and helpfulness. Were I to have needed further assistance though I am very sure they would have been able to handle.

I appreciate all the help from the intake manager Jennifer Gruber. Even though they weren’t able to assist me in my claim matter, I was able to receive additional resources to find exactly what I needed for my personal situation. Thank you!

I had a company called TCG and associates call me and said I owed money from a bill that was over 19 years old! From a place I’ve never had an account with. I was doing some research on line and ran across the consumer law group, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Cole there, he was very professional and was generally concerned with my problem. He took my info and said he would return my call. He called me back within the hour and gave me some advice! In the world we live in it seems everyone is only concerned with getting your money, Cole was more concerned getting me the advice I needed! I have saved his number and if I ever need an attorney, he will be the one I call. A case as small as this, he still took the time to get the information I needed, in a timely manner. Cole thank you for your help....I hope I don’t have to ever get an attorney, but if I do... it will be you! Thank you for helping me resolve this quick!!!

Not sure about the effectiveness of attorney but was told consultation is $360 an hour and no guarantee he takes the case In response: I never was given an opportunity to speak with anyone other than the receptionist, I was told that the privilege of speaking with an attorney cost $360 without the guarantee of taking a case. You say you hope you I got the help I needed, thats why I came to you, to get the help I needed. No hard feelings, I want an attorney who is at least interested in listening.
