An amazing group of people work here. I was being falsely charged money by a large telecom who sent it to a collections agency. I called asking about getting help but rather than take my money and set up an appointment, they directed me to their website which listed things I should do before getting representation. I followed their instructions on disputing the charge AND WON! I got my money back and my credit score restored. This is why you keep ALL your receipts from any big company and don't let them bully you into stealing your money. All that from a 5 minute phone call.

Good place

Had a rough go of it for a couple of weeks when an auto dealer general manager tried to force me to sign a new contract after the first one I signed was incorrectly written. I refused to sign another contract so it came to the point where the car was repossessed in the middle of the night and refusal of the return of my trade in or trade in cost. Had to walk in cold and rain or take Uber for a bit until I found the Consumer Law Group! I received back my trade in. So overjoyed!

Attorney John Gayle and staff fight for their clients. They represented me in a lemon law case and without their experience I would still have a car in my driveway which was unsafe to drive. Throughout the process, and despite the opposing car manufacturer putting up road block after road block, John remained professional, educated my husband and I, and successfully won our case.
