I consulted Mr. Gayle's Consumer Law Group for advice in a Lemon Law Suit against General Motors Company concerning a truck that I had purchased which continued to leak oil after many repair attempts. I found this business by searching the net. Their website is great and tells you everything you need to know about a Lemon Law Action. His intake person, Jennifer Gruber, is personable and receptive. She listened, offered sympathy, was efficient, and very professional. When I had my consultation with Mr. Gayle, I was super impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and advice. His paralegal, Pam Campbell, sent me the required paperwork right away. I have decided not to pursue my case at this time because by some form of miracle, my truck stopped leaking oil immediately after I spoke with Mr. Gayle. However, I would strongly recommend this firm to anyone with a consumer issue. The consultation fee is very reasonable and it is obvious from the start that these people know their business.

Mr. Gayle met with us concerning a problem we were having with warranty work being done on our RV. He had reviewed the file that we sent to him prior to our consultation and was familiar with our situation. (Very impressive) He explained to us how these companies work and told us he was glad to go forward but that it would be lengthy and expensive and that we would most likely being throwing good money after bad. He made several suggestions of other options. We did not hire Mr. Gayle but did follow his suggestions. We were successful in solving our problem due to Mr. Gayle's honesty and expert advice.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from a Virginia dealership that one would believe was reputable. After purchase it was discovered that the dealer actually didnt have the right to sell it due to its lease return condition. After 85 days and a rather large bank draft, we never received the appropriate paperwork to obtain certificate of title. With one phone call to Mr. Gayle I was armed with enough knowledge that the dealership admitted their faults, overnighted the paperwork, and paid for my license fees due to my inconvenience. Ms. Jennifer was amazing to work with and the entire firm helped me immensely. Should I ever end up in the same situation, the only thing I would do different is I wouldnt wait the 85 days to contact Mr. Gayle and his associates. I worked and failed at getting my paperwork for 85 days. Within 30 hours of calling Mr. Gayle, it was being overnighted to my address. All because I knew what to say. Thanks ya'll.
