Unable to help due to his personal convictions, not the law.

Back in July I had my first ever non paying tenant and needed to evict her. After reading about doing the eviction myself I decided to hire a lawyer and it was worth every penny. Jennifer French handled this case for me and after giving her my paperwork I never thought about it again until it was done. Jennifer handled my business like it was her own and gave me the peace of mind to focus my time and energy on the things that needed it. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Very knowledgeable on rental laws, very detailed an informative upon consultation. The Information made my landlord act upon receiving this information from me without having to take them to court.

They handled my case quickly and professionally, even when it took me a couple tries to appropriately format the paperwork needed on my end.

Paid $240.00 for a consultation, could not speak to anyone until this was paid in full, which is fine. My appointment was at 2:00 and Justin came down the steps from his office at 2:15 PM. I spoke with Justin who advised that I had a case, and that in order to move forward I'd have to pay 1500.00 before anything was started, just to have our initial meeting cut short by 10 minutes, of course he asked if I had any further questions. I was hoping to move forward with his help, but was advised that since I was in such a hurry and that he was just too busy, that he could not get back to me within a time frame that could work for my schedule. In his words, "I understand your concern about timing, but I’m running a busy law office and I don’t appreciate having time constraints set for my responses." If I'm paying you or have paid you, I'd like to feel as if you care about the urgency of my situation.
