I was very satisfied with Mr. Steele's service; from the outset he was extremely responsive by email (which was best for me as I work differing shifts and travel as well) and took the time to answer all my questions before I had even hired him. He was able to quickly and efficiently handle my case, and was upfront about what he would and would not be able to do in the jurisdiction in question. He was then able to subsequently effect a positive disposition, as well as a fair one, for my case. Family told me to just suck it up and deal with my 17 over speeding ticket...that Roanoke courts don't budge especially being out of state. I decided to go against advice and call James Steele because I have a teenage son about to go on my insurance and don't want the points if at all possible. They walked me thru the process. I paid for the representation, supplied the documentation, and they appeared in court on my behalf. The result was "Improper Equipment", small fine. No driver improvement, no points. Holy cow!! I couldn't have asked for a better result. Yes, I was speeding. The speed limit dropped and I wasn't paying attention - my "ten over the limit" driving habit with a 70mph speed limit suddenly became a "twenty over the limit" reckless driving ticket. With my job, I can't risk losing my license!! I was hoping to get to take a class and get rid of the points. It ended up with 'faulty equipment' and no points! Well worth paying Attorney Steele's fee!!! If I could give him 10 Stars, I would!!!
