Had tenant eviction won first court appearance. Tenant appeals judge holds decision for 2 days after court hearing & dismissed it.never heard from lawyer. Allen.Had to call court find out myself. Elementary mistake on his part the 30 day notice.its has to be in time frame of rent.

We did estate planning (a last will and testament and financial and medical powers of attorney) with Mr. Allen Steele. His consistent advice was that we choose fiduciaries that we completely trust, and he embodied his own advice by being trustworthy in the sense that he reviewed things we had not thought of (such as validity of the will when we are overseas) and really took our specific situation into account to make sure all our wishes were met, including type of burial. My wife and I just got our wills and powers of attorney signed today. The process took less than an hour for consultation and the same for the signing. He sent drafts for approval. And was incredibly helpful walking us through the process. It ended up being less expensive than doing it online, and I have way more confidence on what we got. Definitely would recommend.
