Exceptional Legal Expertise and Genuine Care
Aaron Paker, Attorney and Counselor at Law, provided exceptional support in navigating the complex process of transferring property under Medicaid rules. From the beginning, he demonstrated incredible patience and professionalism, offering invaluable advice and tailored support. The fixed-fee structure he provided allowed my cost-conscious brother to receive just the right amount of hands-on assistance, and we truly felt the value far exceeded the cost.
Aaron’s extensive experience was evident as he shared strategic insights that were not widely known but proved invaluable in shaping our approach. These insights gave us peace of mind, especially regarding what banks and outside parties could and couldn’t do, and helped us take a direction we hadn’t initially considered. His knowledge and attention to detail ensured the process was fully compliant with Medicaid requirements and provided us with confidence every step of the way.
Aaron showed genuine care for our family, understanding my brother Jon’s years of caregiving, and was committed to ensuring he received our parents’ wishes and the assets he deserved. His dedication, combined with his legal expertise, made a challenging process far easier to navigate.
Aaron’s professionalism, thoughtfulness, and exceptional value make him a standout attorney. If you’re looking for someone who combines deep legal knowledge with heartfelt care, I highly recommend Aaron Paker.

RUN DO NOT WALK as far away as you can from this place. Went to the "Free Seminar" in Bellevue. The place where the seminar is held, they charge for parking. Was not told this in advance. The place will only accept credit cards to pay for the parking. It cost $16.00 to park on a Saturday. Then after the seminar, they want $350.00 to make an appointment. This supposedly will give a discount for the appointment. Once the $350.00 is paid, you are handed a packet that needs to be filled out by the time of the appointment. which is fine, but then at the appointment, they want ALL of the rest of the monies, depending on which package you choose. The cheapest is $6,900.00, then next is $12,950.00 and the last is $17,500.00. Also on the cover letter of the packet, there are 3 other locations listed. When asked about that at the appointment, they acted like they did not know that that paper is still being used. Also made them aware of having to pay for parking. Was told that they were not going to use that place in Bellevue again. YET... got an email today listing the next "Free Seminars", and the Bellevue location is still listed!!!!! At the time of your appointment, if you can't pay the whole amount they will pressure you into paying what ever you can and then pay the rest at the next appointment. Thank goodness to some very good sound advice from some very good friends, am no longer going to do business with this company. Like the friend said, if they are having to hold seminars to get clients, there is something WRONG!!!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before I went to the seminar.

Everyone here, especially Rajiv, took a personal interest in my long-term well-being. He sets the tone for this caring and compassionate staff. They are superior to any other law firm I have ever visited.

Rajiv is passionate about the issues facing seniors who want control of their aging, not just their finances, and he instills this focus in his clients. Because of him, we have thought deeply, planned thoroughly and talked openly with our family and friends about our wishes.

If you have a lot of money, they will help you I guess .If they think you don't, they won't return your call. Can't even give me some advice. If I had a lot of money I would not use them. They are very rude and inconsiderate of people's problems when they can't even return one's call.
UPDATE: I first called and talked to a woman and said I would get a call back the next day. Well by 4:30pm I called back to see why nobody called. I was told to leave a message on voicemail. I DID AND NO RETURN CALL. UNBELIEVABLE. IF THEY LIE ABOUT PHONE CALL WHAT ELSE WOULD THEY LIE ABOUT? WOULD NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL ! AND WHEN I CALLED BACK NEXT DAY. THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED REMEMBERED ME FROM DAY BEFORE. SMH Accusations, THEY ARE LIARS. I have phone records to prove they are LIARS.

We began at the seminar wondering what this planning was all about. The information we received has been professional and understandable. Through the sessions and instructions, we now feel comfortable with our planning and our daughters do also. Now we feel confident that in following the mapping we have received we will be ready for what is to come. Life Point Law, Rajiv and the staff have given us confidence that our preparations for our later years are adequate, complete and to our liking.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy! I went to one of Rajiv’s seminars over 10 years ago. My father was very ill and we had a will and a trust in place for my parents. He told me it was all wrong and I needed to redo it to “safe guard my parents assets!” I told him of all their income and assists and he still recommended we change things. Well, after ten years of working with the firm and being bounced around to different lawyers my mother passed away this last October with things worse off than when we started. One of their properties was never put in the trust and I paid them over 15K to do that along with estate/asset planning, but really they gave me one property of three in the trust and that was it. I ended up having to do a probate anyways when with what I had originally could’ve been sufficient: Every time I picked up the phone and called them for answers I was charged more and more money. I finally stopped calling cause it just got no where. When it was all said and done, they did barely ANYTHING for the cost and the headache. AVOID doing business with this firm at all costs.
