Rajiv and his staff have been so kind and personable with this often complicated process of life planning for us. We feel like he is a member of the family. Rajiv's sage and experienced advice enables him to present solutions to problems that we hadn't previously considered. Now we can "age on" with confidence that we won't outlive our finances or be a burden to our children.

We are very pleased with the knowledge, care and professionalism we received from Rajiv and his staff. We are very happy with our plan and with the knowledge that we or our children can return to his office at any time for guidance if necessary. Probably the most impactful part of the step by step process Rajiv led us through was the family meeting we had with our adult children. Rajiv led the meeting which detailed our plan in the event of one of a multiple of life scenarios, and the "kids" were able to ask questions of him and us at the table. Five years later, each one of our children still express how powerful and meaningful that meeting was. Even though they are still young, they want to make a plan for themselves as well.

Rajiv & his staff are very professional and helpful in all matters you may wish to discuss about your upcoming retirement. Their planning was much more than legal planning, unlike anything that traditional attorney's offer. The advice and direction they give you helps you to focus on everything you need to plan for, such as medical care, housing options, and financial planning, not just the will, medical directives, and financial POA. They also give you meaningful "homework" that gets you motivated to complete your planning process. We found this to be valuable and will even be making changes to our first set of documents based on input of the agents present in the family meeting.

Like many clients, we first learned of Rajiv and Life Point Law through his radio program. Rajiv and his staff help you with much more then their legal advice, they also offer advice on dealing with preparing for aging, long term care and family dynamics. With the help of Life Point Law we just got approval of Medicaid Benefits for my 86 yr old father-in law, who needed help transitioning from home to a Senior Living Facility with skilled nursing care. After initially attending one of Rajiv Nagaich’s seminars on elder care planning we could see immediately that Rajiv understood the special needs of a senior family member and the issues of care, paying for care, and protecting ones assets. We learned about how they could help us find the right place for the needed care and that Medicaid could help pay for it and protect the family assets. The process can be complicated and emotional with lots of moving parts. Once we got started we worked with staff attorney, Aaron Paker who guided us through all the details of getting ready to and actually applying for Medicaid. It took a while to get done but we are grateful to Aaron and his team for all the effort that went into it. My father in law is now getting the care he needs in a setting he likes. His wife has moved into an independent living apartment that she likes as well in an adjoining building at the same facility. This allows them to visit daily. For the first time in many years we as a family can start to feel like our parents are cared for and their assets won’t be used to pay for specialized care until they run out of money. We are very grateful to Aaron Paker, Rajiv Nagaich, and the rest of the team at Life Point Law. We know we would not have done this without them.
