My husband and I are 64 yrs young. I started listening to Ragiv on the radio driving to work. I have a large extended family and all his information was so spot on I felt a lifeline thrown out to help myself and my children manage our future care and wellbeing. The cost, I thought was out of my ability to afford but from his examples I understood that although I’m not wealthy I needed his help. Thru his seminar I went forward. I met with Ragiv, life changer! He is a gracious man sincerely interested in advising my family with the goal of lessening confusion as to how to manage the 10-20 yrs that we’ll navigate next. It is a very comprehensive process, so be prepared to be involved. It is about you, your family not his business. As we complete the process the response from both my adult children and my husbands’ children is they are so grateful that we have made this investment of time to love them enough to help them know how to take care when decisions need to be made, often unexpectedly. It has been so comforting for the whole family. The kids know we are doing our best to make sure Mom & Dad are cared for and we have done what we could so our children and their family’s lives are not impacted in an unmanageable way. Great experience learned a great deal from Rajiv very patience with all the questions we asked. Just the fact that this is not just estate planning, it's planning that sets you up for the rest of your life.

I was fortunate to have met Rajiv after going through a very difficult time in my life dealing with divorce and a cancer diagnosis. Rajiv was able to be honest with me and tell me exactly where I was financially as he proceeded to lay out the options I had to secure my future and to have my retirement look the way I wanted it to look. Rajiv’s approach was unique in that he took the time to really hear, and listen to what I wanted and needed and yet kindly and gently let me know when what I wanted didn’t line up with my financial situation. Through his expert guidance I set out in a direction that, at 69 years old now, I am happy very with. If we had not met, I’m sure I would have gone in another direction and things would be very difficult for me right now. Rajiv encouraged me to get the family involved with my plans from the beginning because, after all, “aging is a family affair”. No other person had stressed this. I look back now and I am so very grateful that I began that early. I am fortunate to have a wonderful son and daughter that have agreed to be involved. Including them, every step of the way from the beginning, has allowed both my children to grow and learn so much. This whole process has brought the whole family closer together, I am so very grateful. I have entered my retirement years feeling that I have done my best to plan and prepare for the unpredictable events that life can throw at you. My children are educated and onboard knowing exactly what Mom’s wishes are. If they forget, they know to look for the brown notebook that contains everything and if they have further questions, they can consult Rajiv.

My husband and I came to Lifepoint in 2015 for help with estate planning following severe cancer illness. When we found out about new services via Lifepoint's web "Organizer" and annual subscription, we jumped on. As part of the subscription, our entire family met by Zoom with a leading Lifepoint attorney to review our complete will and the individual responsibilities for each family member. Our grown children really appreciated and respected the counsel during the meeting. We were all given scenarios, including major illness and not just end of life. This pointed us to the "Organizer" that allows us to gather up all the answers we need for those scenarios. When the unfortunate happens, our family can refer to that without being in a panic situation because no one knows what services in our area to contact or what to do. An immense help for all of us.

Rajiv Nagaich and Life Point Law are the best! Rajiv and his associates helped my father plan for his care (in the hopefully unlikely event,) that he becomes disabled or needs rehab.
