Very good legal advice

Very good experience for preparation of Will and Health Care documents. Emphasis was placed on having a family meeting to discuss our Life Plan so all our children and their wives/husband understood what we wanted as we aged.. Very important, and our children thanked us and Rajiv for doing so. Office was always responsive to our questions. We are very pleased with the total scope of the plan. Earl and Ruth

Professional and friendly

After attending a seminar with Life Point Law, I realized there was so much more to consider than just heirs in a will. I was unaware of the financial ramifications and choices available as you manage changes and create a plan of instructions for your family or trustee to follow. Rajiv introduced the ides of finding a Geriatric doctor, as well as what to consider if you want to age in place at home; how to prepare to the extent possible. The suggestions were greatly helpful, and after a 3 month search, I am very happy with my new primary care provider. Rajiv is easy to talk to and very respectful of my questions and concerns. The journey has been about life planning as you age and not just legal documents. Thank you, Rajiv and Staff!

I have worked with Life Point Law on many occasions for my mom. I have to say they have always been very professional and easy to work with. Rajiv Nagaich and Aaron Paker are two great Lawyers. They know the laws in this space and can really lend your family some support and guidance through tough tames. I highly recommend them!

I have listened to Rajiv's radio show many times and my wife and I attended one of his free seminars. I have met with him personally and spoke with him on the phone a couple times. I do believe he has a sincere desire to help people with there life planning needs but it seems to end there. As others have mentioned, the follow up is horrible when trying to get things done or corrected. We paid $5000 for the life planning documents which I believe is excessive, (Rajiv mentioned to me I could get this paperwork done somewhere else much cheaper), for what we received and especially for the service after the sale not being up to par. If you just need the documents without all of the other services the firm offers i would suggest going somewhere else. I emailed for a refund have not heard a response for that request.

Not enough staff to timely implement estate planning. Slow to involve family and deal with critical issues in effective manner. Emphasis seems to be on marketing instead of advertised full-service holistic planning. Concepts are presented by rote and client concerns are bundled up into a neat one-size-fits-all package where important issues become only what the Atty is interested in dealing with. Also, at least 3 of the reviews below were written by employees!
