My fiancé had a will drawn up by this firm. It was very confusing and after we married he went back to the firm and had them re-do it since we were married. This attorney told him that "yes" it was not drawn up very good and it would be redone. My husband signed, and we put the papers away. We are leaving for 5 months in California and my husband wanted to change his will, as he was leaving 2 airplanes to a friend who now could not own them for legal reasons. I had never seen the will, nor had he read it himself after signing it 6 months before. First, my name was called out several times with my married name, then my maiden name, two other names were misspelled, as they had been in the previous will spelled correctly. There is too much to complain about in this review. We called Andrea, who was curt and just kept telling us that she had a client waiting. Andrea is not getting our business anymore, we will go to another law firm. My husband has been going to Longevity for over 11 years and always listens to Mr. Nagaich's radio broadcast. We have attended his seminar, met with him, and thought we would do business with his firm. After the first will was not good, and we were told that by Andrea, the second will was even worse. It was our responsibility to read it through, we trusted way too much. We are not going to let this happen a 3rd time. We will not be back. Your attitude was appalling Andrea, and your phone manners are even worse. All you had to say is, "I will call you back". But you are oh so busy......well so are we. Shame on you, hopefully others will read this and not be as stupid as us, thinking we had to check spelling and other issues. Do you notice that several of these 5 star reviews are from employees? 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me!

What a blessing to work for company whose focus is not just dollars and cents, but about enabling people to live their lives in the security that they need not be a burden to their loved ones.
