I recently work with them for my quitclaim deed. The process is quick, clear and smooth. I'm happy with the result, and they asked me to leave a comment. Here it is. In the very beginning, I was confused and I talked to their recipient. The recipient (sorry, I forgot his name) was very helpful and help me understand the boundary for different legal cases. My confusion was cleared, and I quickly adjusted my goal. I got the quote, and I decided to hire them. During the process, I would say they're professional. But here's the advice for people like me who never work with a lawyer before, you have to remember you have your best interest, others don't have your best interest. For legal advice, carefully listen, then make your own decision. I'd summarize this experience as a trip, I have a destination, and they're good car to take me there. At last, thanks to Jennie and George for their hard work. Jennie was responsible and followed up with my case to the end.

I recently called Rob Dickson at his law office, Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, regarding fir trees on our property. I first spoke with their receptionist who was very friendly and thorough in obtaining information from me, she then connected me to Mr. Rob Dickson. I assumed that I would tell him what my problem was and I'd make an appointment to come in for a consultation. Instead, Mr. Dickson started asking me questions and fully explained my rights and my neighbor's rights, then gave me possible solutions. I am drastically simplifying our conversation because he spent about thirty minutes talking with me! He answered all of my questions and empathized with my concerns. He even sent me email detailing our conversation for my records. I can not emphasize enough how helpful Mr. Dickson was, and all at no cost! I highly recommend Mr. Dickson if you have a property problems. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and compassion for my situation!

Jennie and George were super helpful for me. The process of recording a Quit Claim deed with the County was a struggle doing it alone. Jennie and George lifted a huge weight off my shoulders on this process. They were very attentive and were quick to answer any questions I had. I should have saved time and just went to them originally without having to deal with the County directly. Lesson learned!
