We had an estate that needed to go through probabte, and they handled it quickly, professionally, and were even able to help when I had an unrelated real estate issue pop up. I will certainly have them represent me again in the future if the need arises.

They didn't even appear at one of my court hearings yet charged me $4000 to send off 1 letter to 2 homeowners and I had to be the one to find the addresses of the homeowners which us total b.s. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! BEWARE!

Words can't express how pleased I am to have been able to work with Jennie and Rob on my quit claim deed. Long story short, I was moving and getting divorced and starting a new job last summer. Due to disparities in divorce law in WV and WA, I had to put my ex's name on the deed of my new house (WV considered us divorced, WA did not.) I had paid my retainer and then had to put the whole quit claim deed process on hold until the divorce was final, which was after closing. They were so flexible and committed to customer service throughout the whole process. I know attorneys get a bad rap in general, but Jennie and Rob are truly exceptional in their commitment to getting the job done, getting it done right, and keeping their promises to their clients. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I haven't hired Rob Dickson, as my attorney yet. However, my initial consult with him was very informative. He took the time to listen to my situation and then laid out my options.
