I gave a retainer asked to keep me informed about my case, and billing hours which they never did, Sucked up all retainer deposit, and asked for more deposit when I asked why they never kept me up to date with progress of my case they responded we are short on attorneys and have to many cases to give individual attention to each case....Stay away from this law firm they are scammers

i bought a land has easements (pipelines),which i did not know about that .the agent never told me even she knew about. the attorney claimed he can sue the seller or the agent and getting my money ,kept asking me for money over $5k, 6 months later he gave the phone number of man in charged of the pipelines , then what,that is it , , he cannot do anymore . highly professional in scamming ,he gives up dignity ,ethics, honor just to steel some money , stay away of dirty scammer

These guys a complete rip off! I have hired many attorneys over the years....these guys are by far the worst.... sounded good in the beginning, but the moment I paid their $3,500 retainer, they set out to deplete it. I fired them At about $3000. In, and all that was accomplished was slightly changing a document that was already written and sent to me to sign. Endless internal emails with colleagues that they charge you for.......they charged me $160 dollars to look up the value of my house a week before I was getting a official appraisal done that they recommend at $4000!. Hire someone else if you value your money!

Recently I contacted Tom Dickson regarding land drainage issues I was having with a development next door. One property owner in particular was not maintaining a storm drainage on her property. This was causing erosion on my land. I was very redundant with what I was requesting of his office My request to Tom was two fold. One, that a legal letter be mailed to her making her aware of the problem. And the legal risk she had if nothing was done to repair the drainage. Two, that an attorney meet me on site to fully understand my situation. I felt this would create the least legal expense and hopefully she would resolve the problem without any further legal action. A retainer was paid in advance for this work. Instead Tom starts research on the defendants ability to pay for legal expenses which I had already paid for and researched myself. And he generated multi pal discussions with other attorneys in the office as if we were going to pursue legal action. Ringing up a sizeable billing that required additional deposits of funding. None of this was necessary if she responded positively. I asked that he reconsider his billing which of coarse he did not. Vary unhappy.

Dickson Frolich helped me set up a living trust for my family, and they were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I won't hesitate to do business with them again should the need arise.

I had a great experience with Daniel Frohlich. He made a construction site visit which resulted in my project moving forward again.

horrible place ... i just called for my 15 minute consultation and was met by the receptionist . she made fun of me, made comments and remarks before even figuring my income that i could not afford their firm. would not let me get 15 minutes free consultation to find out if a lawyer is even necessary for my case . she was argumentative and very disrespectful absolutely worst feeling ever when going through a situation and reaching out for advice and met with such a rude human being . and also she told me to even speak with them i need to give them 10000 dollars ... worst lawyer call i have ever had . worst place ever i would never recommend a place that disrespect future clients the way they just did .. horrible horrible experience
