I cannot overstate how great it was working with Dickson Frohlich. I struggled to figure out how/who/when I would get to help completing my probate case - Pierce county directed me to them. I spoke with Jennie (Daniel's paralegal) and literally within a week my probate case was filed! Jennie was great - very helpful and always responsive. They made the probate process a relative breeze. My first interview on the phone for case approval was conducted by Tom Dickson. He spent an hour with me qualifying every detail of my concern in the challenge. He immediately prepared a summary for the challenge we should anticipate to follow. I immediately worked with a team of professionals in the analysis of our strengths. Shortly after, I was assigned Alex Wisbey to prepare my plan of strategy. Alex and I communicated by email in the gathering of material, and coordination. He was very thorough in his configuration to simplify the important details and steps necessary to avoid pitfalls and exposure to the vulnerability of weakness and poor reasoning. Alex was creative from past experience in his recommendations of additional support devises in the strengthening of our argument to be put forth to gain the approval of a mediated decision in our favor. Alex worked diligently in the challenge and always made himself available to me for questions and concerns that later developed. I was impressed with his preparedness in all aspects of lifeline support from his fellow associates and specifically Jennifer in the clarification process of factual detail editing in our convincing presentation. In conclusion of a two+ year relationship with the Dickson firm, we were rewarded victory, thanks to strong negotiation by Alex in his well thought out clarity of influencing material facts supported by the ways and means of the law itself in the application. This Law Firm really help me out with the residential sale and purchase agreement that the seller backed out of. The house was legally mine but I didn't want to go through a lawsuit to get it so I settled out of court for x amount of money. They were able to get me the money that I settled for within four days. I would call that a win! I highly recommend them for housing issues when it comes to purchase and sale agreements in the state of Washington. 5 of 5 stars!

The receptionist that answered has no clue! Acting like he knows it all, he says anything less than $35k they won’t represent the case! Understandable. So I asked, “If I spend more than that to restore my property because of my dispute, can I call your firm back?, He says we don’t really take those cases!!!!! “””” COMPLETELY CONTRADICTED YOURSELF, DUMMY!!!!!!! Jennie was one of the best and caring people I have ever met! I would only have one recommendation considering my disability and that would be to con sider a stair lift. Jenny did make accommodation by meeting me down stairs and she made it work!
