I contacted Dickson Frohlich when I needed legal help with my rental property. Robert Dickson was quick to respond and I received a quick resolution with my property. I would recommend highly this Law Firm to anyone needing legal help.

I would not recommend this place. They lie about how long it will take them to be done with what you’re asking them to do. They don’t give you a exact amount they will charge you. He’s like it could be a hour but it should be around $270. I was charged $500 for a one page contract I wanted to understand. I even told them after they were 2 days late not giving me what I asked them to do, not to charge me anymore that I’ll go somewhere else. They still charged me and sent it a day latter.

My experience with this firm and particularly Rob Dickson are nothing short of excellent. Great communication, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

The person who answered the phone listened to my experience in depth and immediately transferred me to an attorney, Rob Dickson, who went over the specifics of my dilemma in great detail even though this was only a free phone consultation. Rob's quick summary and analysis of my situation was helpful and informative and the advice he gave me over the phone was very useful. Rob understood that paying attorney's fees would be very challenging for me at this time and really endeavored to help me come up with strategies and tools that might help me resolve my situation short of engaging an attorney.
