We had a drainage easement imposed on our land and received an offer from the county representative. Although this was not a large sum of money involved, I had no experience in this and didn’t know if the offer was reasonable. So, I saw the free case review offered by Sever /Story, and we decided to contact them. I received an email reply from Phil within a few days and a return call the next week, and I got some great advice from him. With his suggestions, I was able to negotiate an increase in the offer from the county. Although our situation didn’t warrant them taking us on as a client, it was well worth the call and time to be sure we were being treated fairly by the county. It was a well worth my time to contact them and get some real advice from someone who knows the process and who gave us confidence that we were not taken advantage of in this easement acquisition.

David helped my family with a contractor dispute over a faulty furnace installation. He was very knowledgeable about the potential legal options to be pursued but more importantly, he understood the personal side of the matter.
He wound up getting the contractor to replace the furnace with a new system even though this was not the most lucrative outcome for him personally.

I have known Mr. Ciano for over 30 years now. He's a very firm all business guy. Frank doesn't waste any time. He's emotional but in the way you want your attorney to be.
He's animated and at times theatrical and I mean that in the most flattering way. He's compassionate! Is a better word. He will argue for his clients until the end and then he still will argue for his clients. Can't go bad for anyone who has Frank on their side!

My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault. Though both drivers were insured, the other driver's (who was cited) insurance company declined the claim. After we exhausted all attempts to resolve this, we were referred to Mr. Ellis by a close friend who had previously retained his services with excellent results.
Mr. Ellis worked hard on my wife's behalf and we were able to obtain a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
Last year I was injured by careless construction workers who effecting repairs on a condo that adjoins ours. My injuries required surgery and an extended period of PT. George Roland is by far, the absolute best lawyer that I have ever dealt with! I was referred to him by my ex and he highly recommended him to me after I had another attorney, that by the way was the worst lawyer I had to assist me.
