Steve represented me in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injury to myself that was the fault of the other party. Steve never hesitated to take on the case, despite the fact that the other party was driving a company vehicle and they were self insured. Vincent first saw me talking to the prosecutor in the local court house about an unfair violation ticket given that had consequences i would unlikely get out of, especially on my own. Mr. Fazzone saw me and felt the urge to come up to me, not only calm me down but kindly explain how he could help. He gave me his card, i called, the rest was history.
He went above and beyond to fight for me countless times for nearly a year before finally WINNING my case! He pushed and pushed to get more time and assured me it was all for a reason, no matter how impatient I became, he was kind and understanding and continued to remind me why he was doing all this.

I came to the Gil Law Group for a recent closing on my house. In the past I've had terrible experiences with firms and dealing with closings and the whole process in general. Luckily, I came across this firm and they have made me realize how easy and smooth this process can be when you know what you're doing! I was already on a suspension from a previous DUI that I was found not guilty for. Someone somehow use my name for driving while my license was suspended . The court wanted me to plead guilty and gave me no chance to explain myself until I found this lawyer. He heard my story and we teamed up together and the court could never produce evidence to say that I was the one driving but they still tried to pursue me to give up my rights and agree to the fact that I was guilty but had no evidence. They dropped all charges thanks to John Fitzpatrick.

When I first walked into his office, I was a bit concern, after speaking to him at length, I knew he was the attorney for me. His staff was pleasant, professional and we are on a first name basis, Upon speaking to him, I was advise on how to resolve my issue on my own or retained him. I was told up front how much the fee would be without any hidden fees and if I choose to do things on my own I could always call back with additional questions. He and his staff were straight forward with me. I know that sometimes people speak badly about attorneys especially if they don't hear what they want to hear or have the outcome that they want. I suffered a minor injury while on the property of a national motel chain. Though the motel ignored the claim and brushed me off, Mintz & Geftic pursued them methodically and promptly, overcame every obstacle, stood up to them, and saw to it that they were held them responsible. Throughout the process, I was amazed that every time I called for any reason, the lawyer himself found time to jump on the phone and answer my questions directly. Yes, there's a large support staff, but they handle things behind the scenes, while I had direct access to the attorney! Everything considered, I feel I was treated like family or a VIP.... and they made the motel chain cough up $38,000! Very satisfied!

Hired Domenic after I was not able to get thorough paperwork or understanding on my own. With his guidance from the first phone call. I felt comfortable with my decision to hire him.
