Brad Burnette helped me with my personal injury case. Brad and his team did a wonderful job, they were extremely nice and welcoming!
I’ve never needed an attorney for anything so I did not know what to expect. My thoughts on attorneys came from Breaking Bad and Don’t Call Saul. You know, the skeezy, slick talking, untrustworthy kind. They are nothing like that.
Brad was very transparent, he kept me updated, Andrea, his paralegal, was great also. She responded to my emails very quickly and helped get me reimbursed for my rental! They handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to do anything really, just heal from my injuries!
The whole case took less than a year! From December 2021 to September 2022. That is from wreck to check.

Brad was realistic with the outcome of my case from day one. He was honest and very informative, unlike some of the other attorneys I had consultations with. From day one it was clear that Brad knows his stuff. I signed on after the first time meeting him and to be honest, he made the whole process a breeze. All I had to do was sit back and be patient. I had pushed through severe back pain for several years and continued to work. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made to admit that I could not longer work. I thought filing for short term and eventually long term disability would be a fairly smooth process, but they denied my claim. It was at that point that I knew i needed legal help.
I had a picture in my mind of what it was going to be like having an attorney, but when I met Ashleigh, that picture quickly faded. I truly believe God directed me to her firm. She and her staff listened to my story and responded with compassion. I felt more like I was sitting among family than in an attorney's office.
Ashleigh became extremely familiar with my medical records and conditions, and regularly kept me updated on how things were going. When it came to appealing my denial, Ashleigh wrote an amazing appeal letter. It took a few months to get the insurance company to "see the light" but when Ashleigh and her staff called to let me know that my claim had finally approved, I think they were almost as thrilled as I was.

I was hit hard by a truck on the bridge of Lions. After ending up with injuries and damage to my car I decided I would try to be a good sport with the other parties insurance company as at the end of the day it was an accident. They were not Returning the courtesy and actually told me to “get an attorney if I didn’t like it” also rude and unhelpful. First, I’d like to start off by saying that if I could give The Accident Guys 8 stars I would. I have never experienced so much professionalism and punctuality in my entire life. The lawyer that took on my case was Eliot M. Houman. He is the best of the best for the following reasons:
1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait.
2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of.
3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience.
4. He gave me updates about my case and took care of everything. He went out of his way to help me obtain the documents pertinent to my case.
5. He’s very honest. He walked me through my case and gave me great advice.
6. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS! He frequently called me to ask how physical therapy was going. It’s those little things that mean the world to me and show me that this was more than just a case to him.

I’m very lucky to have found this law firm. I’ve had big problems for a few years with the trustee of a trust I’m a beneficiary of, and if it wasn’t for my attorneys, Trent Reinert and Erin Robak, everything could’ve gone very differently. Their integrity, expertise, and tenaciousness saved the day more than once.
They are respectful, I feel like they actually care about me and my situation, and they don’t have to do that.
