Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
I am very happy with what Stephen has done for my son, without him my son would have received nothing. I highly recommend Stephen Waldman to anyone requiring the services of an excellent lawyer.

I was involved in a slip fall accident. I contacted a local law firm that specializes in helping women according to their website. I was asking for my medical bills to be paid since I broke my wrist and needed a metal plate and had surgery to repair my wrist with an orthopedic surgeon. Needless to say, the law firm that I contracted had many issues and did not file necessary paperwork due to personnel issues. During this time I had many lawyers leave the firm and a new one assigned to my case over a 4 year period. Mr. Bennett was assigned to my case and finally got the bill rolling. The issues with the firm continued and when Mr. Bennett also decided to leave the firm, I elected to keep him as my lawyer since he was the only one so far that made progress on my case. What a great decision! Mr. Bennett proved to be persistent, knowledgeable and dedicated to seeing my case through the negotiations and was able to secure my medical bills paid in full. He even waived his fee for me because of the amount of time I had been involved with the prior law firm and felt I had been treated unfairly for enough time. He is a wonderful attorney who works hard for his clients. I know if I ever need an attorney again, he will be the one I call.

Jeffs has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Jeffrey Adelman and staff are the most professional, caring and successful law firm for Personal Injury that I know in Coral Springs! I had a car accident in July 2013. After many doctors, testing, MRI's, etc. Jeffrey decided to pull a trick out of his bag of tricks. Since he was familiar with the co. we were suing, and had filed the lawsuit to go to court, he suggested an early mediation before the Holidays. I thought that was a great idea, to avoid going to trial and settle earlier. The attorney for the Defendant, the insurance co. was a trip. Not very presentable, and a bit nasty. But Jeffrey prepped me in advanced, and warned me that this was not the 'usual' attorney..... So glad he did so I put on my poker face. In the mediation (great mediator btw), after the other attorney tried to belittle me and my injuries, I mentioned why I chose not to have certain treatments, which I thought would affect my health in a very bad way due to the fact that I was allergic to it! That changed the entire case. To my amazement, we were able to settle the case on the spot, I did not deviate from what I wanted, and they agreed!
But the most incredible thing about Jeffrey, is that he KEEPS HIS WORD! His word is his bond. He does whatever it takes to settle, and makes arrangements with the docs, etc. to pay off the bills to make sure his clients get what they deserve. I was very happy with my settlement. It took a little bit over a year, but I was very happy. I highly recommend Jeff Adelman and staff. You can count on them to have your back...literally! If you want an attorney who will fight for you within the confines of the law then Greg is a good choice. When I left my ex he filed for an Absolute divorce after the 1yr separation requirement. Greg fought for me to have court ordered alimony. There was an unusual twist in my case which Greg successfully helped me with. He is a kind, hard working man. I meat Matt through a mutual friend because of a 17 year old bench warrant came calling. I also work in the legal field and it was messing with my job, my daughter was getting married in the same state as this warrant and i couldnt do the 10 days of jail. This was a Failure to Comply Bench Warrant 10 Days Jail-No Bond for a DWLS 3rd Degree. Needless to say the prosecutor was not making any deals. Matt prepared a Motion and set the hearing. I of course was a nervious wreck. However, the judge found in favor for defense because Matt did his homework. He was respectful, professional and was not afraid to argue the case out against the State. HE'S AWESOME and i cant thank him enough for what he has done for me. The outcome for me was a recalled bench warrant and my 40 hrs of community service reinstated. If you want someone that will fight for you and go the extra mile for you, this guy is it. He definately WONT let you down. THANK YOU AGAIN MATT :)

I am an 80 year old woman who tripped and fell on some raised concrete in front of the house I'm renting. Injuries included a broken right hand finger. The rental lease I signed has a clause in it that states I am responsible/liable for any damage in and on the property or personal injury. In 2009, I went through a terrible divorce and my counselor at that time mentioned “the children are young enough you can leave now and they won’t remember you.” Had I met Nelson nd had him as my attorney from day one I am confident I would’ve been the sole custodian of the children. The “hold harmless clause” was clearly violated. Nelson rectified this situation and had made sure that my ex could not get away with more financial damage. It is now 2019, my ex still thinks we are fighting a divorce, still refuses to properly cooperate with regards and respect to our now 11-year-old daughters. I trust Nelson, he’s easy to talk to and knows the letter of the law and most importantly he does not mince words. He will be my chosen attorney from here until he retires.

Mr. Berry is a complete professional, in every sense of the word. Compassionate, honest, prudent and versatile in matters of law. I am a single mom and very able, competent and successful. I am the founder of my own non-profit, although small in scale, that serve the needy with a determined and compassionate mission statement. I had a terrible last year with personal crisis and being harassed by Cps investigators twice. The first round I was completely oblivious to what their demands and ridiculous requirements were doing to the fiber of my family.
