Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I was referred to David through a friend. Although he was unable to take my case, he gave me the time to go through the whole situation and explained why it was not right for him. He told me what I should be looking for and he referred me to another medical mal practice attorney who was also unable to take my case. David was wonderful to speak with and knows his stuff. He guided me to look for certain attributes in law firms and that was very helpful. Last Friday I got an email from an attorney’s office asking if I would be willing to speak with them. They got my name and overview of my case from David. In the beginning of this year I was unfortunately rear ended by a cab driver. A friend of mine had recommended to call John instead of just going through insurance myself and it was definitely the best decision I have made. Our mother was diagnosed with mesothelioma in February 2017. It was an extremely difficult time for our family. In December of 2019, my grandfather and I were looking for someone to help with estate planning for both him and my grandmother. My grandmother was already very ill and my grandfather, although still alive is also not very well, and they wanted to make sure they had everything planned accordingly for when they pass. I happened to find John on Facebook through someone’s recommendation, and within a week or so he had us in his office, explaining everything and stopping at nothing to make sure they got everything they wanted and needed when it came to estate planning. As mentioned before, my grandmother was very ill from cancer and chemotherapy, and in order for her to sign the required documents, John would have to come to her. He didn’t hesitate at all to visit my grandparents personally in their home, so that she could sign what she needed and keep her wishes even during a time where she was becoming increasingly ill. My grandmother did pass 3 months later, but spoke every day as to how kind and respectful John was to her, and how he truly let her have her final wishes with the most respect and dignity. That is something that I will forever respect and appreciate, that he went to all lengths to make sure her final wishes were met. Whenever we need John, have a question or absolutely anything else, he makes himself available as soon as possible. He is the kindest, hardest working and respectful person that has ever worked with our family. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about him. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, respectful lawyer that will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need and deserve, he is your guy!
