When I was 4 months pregnant I was in a car accident, hit on my drivers side door. I was relieved to call upon Lerner and Rowe and speak directly with there intake representative, Brian Stowers, who immediately put me at ease by assuring me all would be taken care of by their team. Throughout the next few months, my assigned paralegal Donna Mazia, Marc Grossman and attorney Kevin Rowe, stayed in contact with me and provided constant updates with my case. I was able to call and ask questions and have them answered in a timely manner. When I received the phone call that the initial offer came in, I was excited. I never thought that I would ever have to hire an attorney, but accidents do happen. I was referred to the firm Broussard and David, specifically Blake David by a friend of mine. The injuries that I sustained in this freak accident were serious making my recovery very difficult and life long. Because of the nature of my accident, it was difficult and complicated case. Jean Marie handled my personal injury/medical malpractice case. Approximately 5 1/2 years ago I had a routine surgery which left me with a permanent injury and terrible pain. After 3 corrective surgeries and losing my business due to my inability to work, it was then, that I sought the counsel of the De Francisco law firm and Jean Marie Westlake.
Jean Marie was extremely responsive, and very honest. After being in the business world for 27 years, I have had the opportunity to work with many different attorneys. Never have I met anyone quite like Jean Marie.
Prior to the trial, Jean Marie handled everything. She studied my medical history and every aspect of my case. In February 2015 I was struck by a car as a pedestrian and didn't really know where to turn I was referred to Joseph L. Nicastro.
I don't think I could have made a better choice in choosing a Attorney that I could count on to meet my every need concerning my injuries.
Out of 5 stars I sincerely give This guy a 5 with flying g colors. Everything that Joseph told he would do he did. Very punctual, honest, trustworthy, diligent and never once did I ask him a question that he didn't answer with clarity.
This has been one of the toughest times of my life but thanks to Joseph and his determination my treatments, needs and awards have been met.

Well as a protection, in the event, a wreck occurs it is the law to have car insurance. And as I've seen that work or not in my case, still a wreck leaves you hurt in more than one way- opening you up as a target for more devices. Why does this attorney merit 5 stars? Hayden was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. That was my friend' recommendation for my hit&run case and I could not ask for better lawyer. Caring, explaining every detail of the case, always available and my check in the end over exceeded my expectations.
Also probably worth mention that my case had one more injured person (almost similar injuries) who went with another lawyer and as far as I know got in the end much smaller paycheck.
I hope my friends would never need that kind of services, but in case they will - I have a really awesome and aggressive lawyer recommendation for them.

I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much.
