In 2021 our Grandaughter was born and due too negligence of the hospital she sustained a lot of injuries including brain also , due too lack of Oxygen. We knew we needed a good Attorney and believe Donna was a god sent. She was Amazing and very caring and fought for the rights of our Grandaughter and her parents too get her and them all the benefits they deserved. Unfortunately, while we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Virginia for vacation, my family and I were involved in a serious crash with a dump trunk. We suddenly found ourselves in need of legal assistance, and we were lost as to what to do since we were located in Pennsylvania and the case needed to be litigated in Virginia. So, we went in search of attorneys who would be able to help. While searching through a long list of candidates and their qualifications we came across a listing for Donna Miller Rostant. Not only was Donna an attorney but she also holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialty in women’s health. This was exactly what I was looking for due to the nature of my injuries. I needed an advocate that would understand what I was going through and also be able to provide the support necessary for this case. Not only did I find that advocate in Donna, but I could not have asked for a better team to handle my case than Donna and Ann. Donna and Ann went the extra mile to make sure that I clearly understood what was going on, I never felt like there were miles between us and they made communicating an ease. I had an accident in November of 2015 and I was immediately referred to Jack by a peer at work. (Goes to show he already has a great relationship with clientele). The accident left me with sever lower back pain and with the prospect of piling medical bills I turned to Jack to help me with my personal injury suit. Adams Fietz represented me in 2012 when I was involved in a felony hit and run car accident where I was the passenger. I cannot praise Ashby's assistance to the heights to which he deserves! My vocabulary doesn't have enough superlative words to adequately portray how wonderful he was in handling my legal "woes". He was wonderful in every aspect of this awful "experience with a terrible moving company" concerning the moving company's destruction/"loss"(think THEFT) of my property which had supposedly been in air-conditioned storage for over two (2) years --( I was moving from my home on Marco Island, Fl to Gulf, County,Fl and required storage as I was building a new home). The moving company was AWFUL, but with Ashby's skillful work and handling of my case, I was able to receive a much higher settlement from the moving company than I ever would have without his representation. I have had occasion to deal with lawyers throughout my life--in fact, my daddy had an LLB from Cumberland Law School ( class of 1934) and received a J.D. (as you know- a Doctor of Jurisprudence) at a later time--although daddy only did Pro Bono work since he was primarily a businessman and farmer in Florida and Alabama. Anyway, Because I have been around "legal stuff" my whole life, I really appreciate when I encounter someone like Ashby who is knowledgeable , skillful, hardworking, and compassionate in dealing with my very stressful situation. He was always extremely attentive to me and my situation and even though I may have been overly upset at times, he always made me feel like I could contact him at any time for any reason. I only wish he were closer to where I live now--but I still would not hesitate to request his help in the future--distance is no hindrance in the way in which he handles legal matters. His law firm should put him on the "fast track" to being a Partner--people/lawyers like Ashby are diamonds in a too often pile of legal coal chunks, as I'm sure you know. His honor/honesty is impeccable--I'm sure Martingale-Hubbel will have an AV rating by his name--he IS an "A" lawyer--and he has the "Virtute" (virtue) to boot!! He deserves a huge raise in salary--and if your law firm is smart, you will hang on to him with "everything you've got"!!! Footnote: Because of Ashby Davis' wonderful handling of my case/situation, I gave him my deceased husband's iconic and official US Navy leather pilot's jacket from the Vietnam war era. I hope you can infer how highly I think of Ashby because I gave him the jacket my husband wore as a Navy pilot.

I worked for the biggest tree company in the United States. After a on job injury in 2011, a friend recommended Tara Helms. Tara met with me and told me I had a good case and immediately got to work. She kept in touch with me when anything that came up in my case. I received e-mails, phone calls, and copies of all papers of my case. Tara kept assuring me that everything was going well with the case. I think Tara goes above and beyond for her clients, she really knows her stuff. After everything was done Tara got me about 50 x's what they had offered me. I highly recommend Tara Helms.

While working as a Social Worker I was both sexually assaulted, raped and physically beaten. Then and this is what a lot of people find more shocking then what actually happened to me physically is that I was sued by the County for being raped. If that is not nasty enough they hired private investigators to follow me around to and from my doctor appointments. It is hard very hard to get over being attacked the way that I was it does not help the healing process along to know that you are being followed again.
All by being assigned to case that did not meet our programs criteria. I had met with my supervisor three times that day explaining how this case did not meet our safety parameters for predominantly the children of the case I was given but time and time again she chose to keep her case numbers high and safety of those we were sworn to serve secondary at best.
Even after all of this you will have a hard time finding an attorney willing to one go to court secondly go to court against a municipality like a county. I went through several prior to meeting Tara that just weren't up to the challenge for one reason or another. I really had began to give up on finding an attorney that had the inner and outer fight needed for this kind of case. No attorney was going to make a lot of money of this case it was just a matter of finding someone that would do the right thing. If there is anyone better then Tara and more dedicated I have yet to meet them. She is a fighter, her record is amazing and most of all she really cares. Not quality's you find in many people these days. can't imagine recommending another attorney for anything.

I had a very hard and difficult case that was not going to make Mrs.Helms a great deal of money but was going to require a great deal of hard work and willingness to go to court which a lot of attorney's do not want to do in fact I went through three attorneys prior to meeting and deciding to go with Mrs.Helms. Mr. Lambrecht spent valuable time with me on the phone listening to my case and provided very helpful advice on how to deal with it. People who have not been trained on law may not know how things work in the legal world and therefore be at a loss or taken advantage of in trying to resolve legal issues. I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. Miriam was recommended to me by a good friend that worked under her while in law school. The prospect of my collecting anything seemed slim at the outset. I was hit by a car while riding my bike and the car took off. I had significant injuries to my face and head. I didn't think there was anything I could do in this situation, but my friend insisted and I went to see Miriam. She listened to all of the specifics and was very honest in her assessment of what to expect, which was little. That did not stop her and her assistant from chipping away day after day, week after week. They would get in touch with me whenever they needed more information or my signatures for the release of documents, but otherwise handled everything. Very professional, caring and competent. After a number of months (this amount of time was due to my sometimes unresponsive nature) she had established a line of communication and a compelling argument for collection from the uninsured motorist clause of my mother's automotive insurance. At this point, the gentleman representing the insurance company wanted to conduct a phone interview with Miriam and myself. She walked me through this process, with pre-interview counseling and conducted the entire interview on speaker phone, stepping in when she felt it was in my best interest. A few days later she got an offer for a substantial portion of the injury limit. She gave me the pros and cons of accepting the offer and her professional judgement as to whether accepting this offer would leave money on the table. I asked her to counter offer, which she did with apparent skill and we settled for 96% of limit of the insurance. If you find yourself injured, you'd be doing yourself a serious disservice not to use Miriam. She won't leave a stone unturned in making sure you get reimbursement for your damages.

Miriam Barish represented my Mother in a case where her foot got stuck in a defective pavement, causing her to fall. She broke her femur, and also had major bruising on her face. We felt that Miriam was very compasionate, and did a great job handling her case. She always returned calls and e-mails, and kept us both informed as the case progressed. My Mother was happy with her settlement that Miriam was able to get her. She also did a great job dealing with the insurance company. Mr.Ananian was highly recommended to me by a couple of friends who both have used him as their representation in the past.
Unfortunately, this was not my first accident. And unfortunately, Mr.Ananian wasn't my representation for my first accident.
As a lawyer he has a few extremely rare characteristics I wish not only more lawyers would possess, but also just more everyday people. When you meet Mr. Ananian for the first time you can tell he's genuinely a good person! For about 8 years my job included interviewing and screening strangers to conclude whether they were "good" people - Trust me, when I tell you he's genuinely good and kind, he really is. With him, I never had the feeling that I was a money-making-machine, but rather that I was a person who had the misfortune of going through a horrible experience due to the accident.
He is the only lawyer that took his time with me. Not only did he answer all of my questions into detail, every single time, but he was just as attentive to my husband. So many times I called his office, and to my surprise when he was at the office, he would take my calls. The fact that my lawyer would take my calls immediately or get back to me in a timely manner was just shocking... in a very pleasant way. That was a very new experience for me and certainly unique to Ananian Law Group. I know I won't receive this kind of care at any other law firm - Sadly so.
Mr.Ananian monitors your case very closely. No matter at which stage my case was, he was always on top of it. He kept me updated on the progress of my case - something I had to run after in the past with other lawyers.
Mr. Ananian and Ananian Law Group is extremely well organized and punctual, unfortunately both features are not that common in law firms. Lawyers I have dealt with in the past, with the exception of Mr.Ananian, have usually this flair of slight arrogance. I'm not sure if that's strategy, but I just prefer down-to-earth people. With that said, I don't appreciate it when businesses book appointments only to have you arrive and make you wait half an hour in the lobby. Punctuality is my pet peeve and that is just a disrespectful and unprofessional way of doing business. Thankfully, my experiences with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself was always with utmost respect to my time.
As you can tell, I really had a great experience with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself. I do recommend him highly! You owe it to yourself to book a consultation with him, just so you can affirm my review. I really hope I won't ever need a Personal Injury lawyer, but it's safe to say not only would I hire him again, but I'd recommend him to all my family and friends, as well.

When other Lawyers were researched the deciding factor was that Scott Hanssler's persona was benevolent, yet professional. He is not only "in the know" regarding his profession, he is also a very understanding gentleman. I was blessed that I ended up picking a good one. I only had about 5 days or even less before the sale date and when i got the call back, they gave me all my options, they were very honest and that let me know what decision i had to make. i decided to file the bankruptcy and they got the paperwork done and sent out and that stopped the sale. Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Oliver and Sherwin did an amazing job with my case! I was hit by a truck while on my bicycle, I was even in a bike lane in Santa Monica.
