He took my car accident case even though a previous attorney I had years ago for another case told me it wasn't worth his time (his actual words) as I had pre-existing conditions and probably wouldn't get much at all. Mr. Eaton took my case and I got far more than the other attorney had estimated, giving me peace of mind as my medical bills were more than adequately covered. :-) Both he and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be keeping their number just in case I or anybody I know needs it.

After the sudden loss of my husband, I met with an attorney to try to determine any action I might take. That attorney felt that I had a case that should be pursued but recommended that I meet with David Eaton who he felt was better qualified to handle my case. I met with David and he took my case. This was the most difficult situation I had ever encountered in my life. David and his staff were helpful and patient with me from beginning to end. David handled all aspects of my case. He obtained all the necessary medical records and arranged all of the necessary expert witnesses to review the information. He handled all of the depositions from the experts as well as the defense. I was in a serious car accident and injured more severely than I even knew at the time. Brian helped me through the process with the insurance company and claim. We received the maximum of the other driver's policy in about 8 months. He was very kind to me and was available for a call or text any time. I hired Brian I believe in 2007 and he was awsome. In 2009 i was in a bad accident and I needed an attorney again, but I couldnt find his number so I tried calling other attorneys and they refused to help me. Then I finally found Brian Allen number after several weeks and he said he could help me without any hesitation. He is very helpful, he kept me informed on everything that went on with my case. I was injured in an accident over a year ago and did not know what to do because it was my first accident and went to a local Law Firm that ended up letting me go after months of thinking they would take care of my case. Immeditely, from the very first conversations with the firm I was utterltly and throughly impressed with each and every single person I spoke with and that handled my case. They make you feel so at ease and made me feel like I was family and that they would completely take care of any of my worries or uncertainties. I hired Mark Losee at Dunkley Law to help me with a dog bite injury suffered when a new neighbor's 2 pit bulls attacked me and my dog Casper. We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. I was injured at work and needed surgery. I was handling my case myself up to the point that my surgery failed and my doctor was saying that I was fine and could go back to work even though I was not fine. Mr. Morris found me a much better doctor. After a second surgery I feel better although not 100%. Mr. Morris did a good job of keeping me informed during the process. In the end my case settled. I am happy with my settlement. Mr. Morris did a great job.

Let me start off by saying Roskin & Hoffmann Law firm is the place you want to get advice and or a Workers compensation lawyer, I recently went to that law firm and spoke briefly with Mr. Brian Roskin because I had went thru another attorney in the same area over my workers comp case and my previous attorney after 7 months told me I didn't have a case. I’m a 36-year-old software engineer living in the Midwest. Most of my early life I never had good credit. 3 months ago my credit scores were 580 low 600s. It’s 2020. We were in a pandemic AND we had a stalker problem. On the advice of responding law enforcement officers to yet another harassment report, we submitted petitions for Protection from Stalking to the court. We clearly didn’t know what we were doing because we were unsuccessful in obtaining temporary orders. We were feeling vulnerable and afraid in our own home and we needed legal advice. David J Brown came highly recommended by multiple people familiar with our situation with this caveat: “He isn’t cheap but he is worth every dime.”
My husband and I wanted to know the following: Did we have a legitimate case? How could we most effectively represent ourselves at the hearing? Would our evidence stand up in court?
David listened carefully to our concerns, reviewed our material evidence, and assured us that we should indeed seek Protection Orders. He helped us feel prepared to represent ourselves in court. He advised us to seek a continuance should the stalker appear with an attorney so that we had time to retain counsel.
We retained David J. Brown to represent us. It took an entire year before our case was fully tried. David helped us obtain temporary orders midway through the year. The stalker continued to harass us and the residents of our small rural community. Because we had temporary orders, the stalker was charged with contempt and criminal violations of the protection orders. His criminal trial is still pending. Once our case was finally fully tried in court, we were able to obtain Final Orders of Protection from Stalking and begin our healing process.
Ours was a highly unusual and difficult case rife with challenges the likes of which none had ever seen before. Not only did David J Brown set legal precedence during the course of our highly stressful and unusual year, he did it during a pandemic! Talk about unforeseen difficulties requiring creative solutions on the fly! Zoom court anyone?
We got to know David over the course of our very difficult year. He was highly responsive to our needs and the demands of our case. He demonstrated an honest respect for the legal ethics that guide his practice and he cares deeply for the people he represents. He is an excellent attorney and a genuinely nice human being. Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. Attorney Ronalter is one of the best lawyers I have ever encountered, and because I am a lawyer myself, I have encountered many. But I did not know Bill professionally until I found myself needing a personal injury attorney. I had been in a motor vehicle accident, where the nature of my injuries initially impaired my ability to see how much I needed a lawyer. By the time I hired Bill, there would be unforced errors in my case that he would have to clean up or live with. Attorney Ronalter never flinched at any of them He dealt with each one, always remaining a strong advocate for me, while never letting me lose sight of what was realistic. His high goals were mixed with just the right amount of reality. For me, this is part of what made him a great lawyer.
When it was time to discuss new events in the case, or the results of my evaluations, or what path to take next, he never made me feel rushed or as if there was a better case he could be working on, while he was working on mine. He always gave me his full attention and he always gave me full and prompt briefings on what had occurred in the most recent communication with the defendant’s carrier. And then, as if to tell me he saw me as a whole person and not as a vehicle to a pay day, he would ask about my dogs and tell me about his own.
In the handling of my case, I can’t imagine any lawyer doing more or doing better or treating me with more kindness. In the end, when he had gathered every fact and had put the events and my injuries together, he presented me with an honest assessment of what he thought and how he saw it from different angles; but then did what any good lawyer should do: he left the final decision to me. He told me he would be support me whether I chose to settle my case or let it continue into litigation. And he meant it. I chose the former, and he negotiated an excellent settlement that made sense in light of all of the facts. It felt right to me then, and it still feels right to me now.
I knew before I ever asked for an initial meeting with him, that he was a competent and experienced lawyer. Quick research can provide anyone with that information. But I could not have known through research how kind, considerate, and accessible he would be. He kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to every one of my phone calls. He answered every question with complete candor and honesty. He worked as hard on my case as anyone possibly could have and then secured the outcome I wanted. And if all that were not enough, after our professional relationship ended with the settlement of my case, Bill contacted me to send his condolences when he learned that my dog had died a month into the pandemic. That’s just who he is.
