Ryan Casey expertly, and successfully, pursued two separate but related California personal injury matters for me beginning in early 2013. He traveled to meet with me in Northern California from his offices in Los Angeles whenever necessary, always scheduled appointments, depositions and examinations around my schedule (both my work schedule, and with respect to medical appointments and procedures), and never allowed opposing counsel to dictate terms, dates or conditions. Attorney Wade is a good lawyer. I have used him quite often through the years. About 20 years ago, I was in a bad car accident. Someone referred him to me, because I knew the issue was bigger than I was. He came to where I was at the time, talked to me patiently, and answered all my questions and concerns. He reassured me that everything was going to be alright. It was just that, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He kept me informed every step of the way. Since then I have used him for bankruptcy, again Attorney Wade came through. I went through a divorce and child support was needed, I called him, he referred me to someone close and faithful as himself. Bastion was fantastic! I was in a car accident in April of 2015 and couldn't get any help from the Insurance companies. I reached out to Bastion in 2016 after spending over $20,000 of my own money for medical treatments. I am self employed and do not have medical insurance. Bastion went through my case and I hired him. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that all of my medical care was first priority. He set me up with Injury Finance who paid for all of my medical expenses and made sure that I had the proper care. I was in need of 2 back surgeries which was all taken care of while Bastion continued to work my case. It took 4 years to finally get a settlement from the insurance company and Bastion never quit fighting for me. I can't tell you how much it means to have someone that you know is on your side. During the entire process he called me regularly to check in and see how I was feeling and how my medical treatment was going. I was injured on the job and barely could walk and was offered a very low settlement by a company’s insurance rep. I felt it was unreasonable so I looked in the yellow pages under K because my last name began with a K. I saw John P. Kolb’s name and decided I was just going for a consultation. Extremely nervous I was greeted with a very warm welcome and immediately felt that I was important. After one hour with John, I realized I need this lawyer in my corner. John took the time and explained my case in words I could understand. I Never felt rushed. I signed with John and my life changed. During my 2-year case John kept me updated as my case moved forward. I had John as my lawyer in a hotly contested divorce proceeding which featured the withdrawal of the other side's lawyers during the case and the hiring of new ones midstream. John Malevitis guided the case through to a quite favorable settlement and conclusion for me. I have since hired him for various other business related matters. P.S. I asked John about the negative rating on Avvo received by a former client and I was advised of the client name, so I looked it up on the Court docket and found that in fact John had attended Court on her behalf about 30 plus times and that finally he had to withdraw when she was not cooperating with him and failed to attend Court as required. I don't understand how someone could publish these inaccuracies without first taking the time to look up the Court docket as I did!

An attorney with the knowledge and experience like Curtis Fallgatter brings to the table, helps level that playing field. His office works together like a fluid team and I can promise you he'll outwork every attorney you have ever met. He works long hours and leaves no stone unturned. Jeff personally represented me in a business litigation dispute involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.
Kristina’s interaction during the entire process was that of deep caring and a positive outlook when we were less than hopefully.

Words alone cannot express my gratitude to the entire Passen Law Group team. They took a very difficult time of my life a guided me to successful resolution.
After being rear-ended in a car accident I began having physical difficulties with speech, headaches, memory, taste and ringing in my ears. While in the Emergency Room it was discovered I had incurred a severe traumatic brain injury called a subdural hematoma.
While recovering after brain surgery, it took me some time to be able talk and communicate clearly again. During that time a lifelong friend encouraged I contact the Passen Law Group.
