Stephen Burg and David Crough are amazing lawyers! My husband was injured in a motorcycle accident, through no fault of his own, and we were referred to their law firm to pursue a personal injury suit. They fought for us for almost four years to help us receive appropriate compensation. Our case finally ended in court as an appropriate settlement agreement could not be reached. The case this law firm put together was rock solid and we were awarded well above our expectations by the court, thanks to all the hard work Stephen and David put in to it. I honestly couldn't ask for a better lawyer than Stephen Burg. He was there for me for 2 car accidents, of which have changed my life. Not once did I feel like I wasn't important to him. i knew immediately after my surgery eight years ago that something was wrong, very wrong. i unfortunately was the tip of the iceberg for what now is an understood condition. i fell into a gray area that both doctors and lawyers alike were unfamiliar with. i was bounced around from doctors to specialists and meanwhile i was trying to get a lawyer to listen to me. i kept getting the same response. that it wasn't cut and dry enough. there was no support backing up what my complaints and physical problems were. i kept getting dismissed like i meant nothing. my entire life was flipped upside down. i was at my wit's end and to top it off my case was in the hands of a lawyer who never bothered to educate himself on me, or my condition and was dilly-dallying around with my life. he was unresponsive and incompetent. i kept finding myself having to constantly correct him on the simplest details of my case. i felt lost, alone, helpless and hopeless. i literally sat down in front of my computer and cried and prayed. i then google searched medical malpractice lawyers in chicago, IL and i clicked on a link that listed the names of lawyers. i saw bruce goodman. i stared at his name for a long time. i kept reading it over and over and i thought goodman...good man. i thought that's what i need! a good man to help me! i prayed again and called his office. he talked to me over the phone and set up a time for us to meet. i went in and we went over my case and he has stood by my side from that day on. even when things were bleak and unsure he stayed. he would tell me things were shaky but he still stayed. he didn't abandon me because he'd rather deal with a case that was more clear, more black and white, less difficult to prove, less challenging. he didn't cast me aside like i didn't mean anything. he gave me a chance. to me it meant he thought my strife mattered, that my pain was legitimate and my quality of life was important. reports started coming forth and my condition started getting recognition in the medical field. all the while he has been there fighting for me, educating himself in every aspect of what i have endured and will continue to endure for the rest of my life. i had some insurance issues two surgeries ago and i just couldn't handle any more stress. i was a mess, reduced to tears and dejected. my boyfriend called bruce and he got on the phone and talked me through it. when have you ever heard of such an instance? the fact that even my boyfriend knew he could reach out to bruce speaks volumes. i could go on and on forever on how wonderful of a lawyer and a person he is. my strong feelings for him are endless. he has taken the time to see me for who i am. he listens and more so he hears and he cares. he's honest and fair and explains things to me in great detail and makes sure i understand exactly what is going on every single step of the way. i feel like a family member is representing me now. i know to the core of my being that when i sat in front of my computer and prayed that day that God was listening. God pointed me to the blessing and the gift that is bruce. i can honestly say i don't know where i would be both mentally and physically today if i had not met bruce goodman. he continues to fight for me against any odds and in turn has helped to give me back my dignity, my perseverance and my hope. the difference he has made in my life is priceless. i feel like i can take anything on with him on my side. i gain such strength just from knowing he is there. i don't know how to thank him enough for everything, but i know i will always hold him dear my whole life through; he is a hero in my life.

We shopped around and spoke with 6 other attorneys before finding Richard Thomas Collins. We knew he was "the one" when he took time to listen to every aspect of our case and even advised us for awhile, before we officially hired him. And then when we did sign on with him, he tried to be reasonable about the fee and not charge more than necessary. His attitude was to see how things go and maybe he wouldn't need to charge more.
Other attorneys wouldn't even talk beyond 10 minutes or so without demanding a retainer fee.
Richard Collins remained realistic and careful not to promise positive results that might not happen, but at the same time, he was thorough and quoted actual penal codes that pertained to our case. He did his homework and made sure the details were correct. The letters he wrote on our behalf were so outstanding and accurate that it helped us get through rough days and cheered us up to read them!
It appears that the outcome of the case is exactly what we had hoped for, and we attribute that result to Richard Collins' expertise and knowledge, for our type of case.
He was completely professional yet sensitive to what we were going through as real people with feelings.
His manner is so pleasant and reassuring.
He was always good to return calls and kept us informed.
Having worked with other attorneys on other unrelated issues in the past, we wish we had known about him sooner!

A little over three years ago in December of 2020, I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident (on the job) where the other driver fled the scene. Being that it was my first ever car accident, and the identity of the other driver was unknown, I didn't really know how to go about seeking legal advice, or if it would even be worth it. However, after being released from worker's comp care prematurely, and still being in pain, I decided to get a consultation from a legal firm. I utilized Google to search for personal injury attorneys in my area, and I'm forever grateful that I came across Bentley & More! I decided to establish contact with them based on their numerous 5-star reviews, and the "family feel" that their firm seemed to have. They were very quick to set-up my phone consultation, and they took the time to listen to my story and concerns.
Throughout the 2.5 years of being a client of Bentley & More, I interacted the most with Braydon Bentley as he represented me as my personal injury attorney, and I never once felt overlooked or that I wasn't being taken seriously. Also, I'm not sure that my injuries would have ever been properly diagnosed if it weren't for Braydon connecting me with the medical specialist that he did!
In the end, both of my cases (worker's comp & personal injury) resulted in a very positive outcome, and I honestly don't think that would have happened had I decided to be represented by a different firm. Because of the dedication and persistence provided by Bentley & More, I am now able to provide a comfortable life for my family while also receiving treatment for my injuries long-term.

Todd handled my auto accident case in 2004. He is one of the best and most thorough lawyers I have ever known. His knowledge of the fine points of negotiation, combined with his excellent experience gained in over a decade spent in some of the most well known and sucessful firms in Palm Beach County, served him well. He gives personal attention to all his clients. He is also very caring and compassionate.
As a former paralegal, I have had experience working with many lawyers in personal injury. However when you are the accident victim, everything is different. Todd settled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and have done so to many of my friends and acquaintances.

He took my case and said I only had to pay if we won...which meant he worked hard for our money. We may have settled out of court...but we settled! I was involved in an automobile accident in December of 2013. While sitting at a stop light on my way to work, I was hit from behind and I was left with a debilitating neck injury and mounting medical bills. The idea of retaining counsel was new to me, as I had never been involved in an accident of this nature, and I was completely unaware of how the insurance company (the responsible party's insurance company) would make every attempt they could to not compensate me fairly for my injuries AND even go so far as to try to hold me responsible for the actions of the driver at fault.
