After a consultation, Mike agreed to take on my case. Besides being a top rate human being, its hard to find representation in the courtroom better than Mr Kramer. He is fair, understanding, quick, extremely smart, and is fierce when need be. Sure there are cheaper lawyers out there, but you get what you pay for and man is he worth it. Not only him, but his team as well. They are all extremely knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. Hope to never need his services again, but glad to know he's there if need be.

If I could give 10 stars I would mr Bowden and Jennifer has been so so helpful in my case to date. Lady ran a red light hit me from behind. Look no further for a lawyer Greg Price is at the top of his game. Very friendly and quick to deal with throughout my accident settlement he left no stone un turned. He convinced my insurance company to take half of what they were asking for. He is defiantly looking out for his clients as he offered to take a smaller cut from the total settlement witch i agreed to. That took me by surprise. In the end my settlement was 3X the amount i thought i would get THANKS!

Scott Callahan represented my daughter in a personal injury action against the driver who hit her car and the relevant insurance companies. Scott and his legal assistant did a good job of keeping the client informed, explaining the law in layman terms, prepping my daughter for depositions, and handling the case in general. Overall, the firm was very pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the settlements Scott negotiated with the insurance companies and his efforts to control litigation costs to maximize the recovery for his client. The case took 3 years to settle but I believe the insurance companies caused the delay in hopes that my daughter would settle for less. I would highly recommend Scott Callahan for your personal injury legal needs.

Mr. Buchanan has more strengths than just his areas of expertise listed. My agency has requested Brian year after year because he is the only attorney we trust to handle our difficult cases. Wallace B. Wason, Jr. represented our family in a case involving complex litigation, which involved multiple corporate and individual defendants, and as plaintiffs, a family including two minor children as well as a business. He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. He was aggressive and impressive, both in the courtroom and in pleadings which is reflected in the opinions of the Court. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties.

Living out state now. I received a ticket many yrs ago in N. Carolina I would informed I had to go back to the state where I received the ticket to face a judge. Contacted this firm. My communication with them was through email. This was taken care of within 2 weeks and I did not have to go back. I was able to renew my license in the state I currently live in.

I was in a hit-and-run accident which has left me with permanent injuries. Managing my pain requires daily medication and additional medical treatment. I did not have PIP; fortunately, I did have UIM. I was thankfully able to receive the maximum amount of UIM coverage available from the insurance company.
Jeffery intently listened to me and captured my concerns. After receiving the demand letter that he drafted on my behalf, the insurance company tendered the policy limits. They also paid to repair my vehicle, which was a high amount due to the extensive damage. Everything was settled out of court.
I am so grateful for Jeffery's diligence and attentiveness. If I ever need representation again, I will be sure to retain him once more. He was a pleasure to work with and was always so respectful. I highly recommend this attorney.

After I was injured by a negligent doctor, I selected Ms. Morrow as my attorney because of her history as a competent lawyer and a Registered Nurse. It was wonderful to have an attorney who was knowledgeable in the medical aspects of my case; many of the attorneys I initially consulted with had to stop me to explain what certain terms meant, and that was incredibly frustrating for me. I never had this issue with Jane.
In addition to her medical knowledge, Ms. Morrow had an instinctual and intellectual understanding of what to do at every turn in my case. She was always supportive and explained the legal things I did not understand without ever making me feel stupid or burdensome. I really believe that Ms. Morrow cares about her clients' long-term well being. How many lawyers can you truly say care about their clients as people, and not just as case statistics? In my case, for example, Ms. Morrow supported me in pursuing action against the hospital and doctor who negligently assaulted me; other attorneys I consulted early on wanted me to settle for as much money as possible as early as possible, even if it meant not pursuing action against the hosptial. Jane really listened to me and understood that I wanted, more than anything, to spread the word and prevent this person from hurting anyone else. She never made me feel pressured to come to a rapid monetary conclusion to the detriment of my personal goals.
I cannot say enough about what a great attorney Jane Morrow and her cohorts are. If it is important to you that you connect with an attorney who listens to and supports a client through difficult times, who is knowledgeable about medicine in addition to law, and who is a generally good and caring person, you cannot go wrong with Jane Morrow. I am so greatful that I found her during the worst time in my life, and I cannot imagine what might have happened if I had been swayed to employ anyone else.

I hired James for an unusual case and he was superb. He listened...REALLY listened, then he asked questions, presented multiple options and allowed me to make the decision on the course of action. Once I did, he methodically prepared prior to court. He compiled evidence, established timelines and culled the information according to how pertinent and impactful it would be. In court he was articulate and firm without being overly aggressive. During cross examination he showed how, when and where the plaintiff had lied. I received an outcome beyond what I hoped for. While the circumstances of hiring James were tough, his work was beyond reproach. I highly recommend him.

I received a speeding ticket after a City of Houston police office misread my speed using an unapproved method of speed detection. Andrew took my case, and immediately went to work trying to convince an aggressive volunteer prosecutor was my ticketing officer was in the wrong. When she refused, Andrew took us to trial, and prosecutor did not get her win that day. When she attempted to waste taxpayer money by taking an unwinnable case to trial for a second time, Andrew worked hard to let her boss know the circumstances, and my ticket was immediately dismissed.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, zealous, and very competitively priced. But most importantly to me, and important to any person who becomes a criminal defendant, Andrews was in constant communication with me. He went out of his way to explain the intricacies of my case to me, let me know at which stage of trial my case was, and would immediately follow up with me any time he had new information from the prosecutor's office.
Andrew took a very confusing and unsettling situation, and made it understandable, was a friend through the entire process, and at the end of the day, got us the win.

I reached out to Ms. Fogarty in regards to my divorce and custody situation. I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some. I would highly recommend anyone in need a good Civil Attorney to consider hiring Kate, you will not be disappointed.
