I was in a hit and run accident. My insurance company is known for paying out very little and most times having to be sued instead of settling.
I did not have "PIP" but did have uninsured motorist. I was informed by the insurance company when I signed up that I really did not need PIP because I had medical included in my coverage. Turned out after my accident it really was not much due to the fact that I have permanent damage and will be on medication for the rest of my life and require more treatments. Mike Jacobs fought for me. My payout was the "MAXIMUM" amount of coverage I had for my medical and in addition a payout of almost $14,000.00 to fix my automobile "without totaling my car". This was all settled out of court.
I'm so grateful Mike took my case.
He was always so respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Recently my wife and I had occcasion to need an auto accident lawyer. We are very picky about who does legal work for us and how it is done. Mike has not disapppointed us. Our family hired Bill McMurry to represent my daughter when she was involved in a serious accident. There are very few lawyers that possess the skills and experience that Bill has. That became quickly apparent after conducting some basic research when we started interviewing lawyers to handle her case. We found that there are scores of lawyers that handle accident cases, but very few have extensive courtroom and trial experience. We felt very comfortable with his competency early on. Cliff and his team went above and beyond for me when I broke my ankle in a slip and fall. I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. When Bill picked up the pieces he moved swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way if i had questions he would answer them in a timely manner. Brandon Moffitt was my attorney over the course of about a year. He solved several issues for me related to a complicated probate case . Several attorneys were involved and I was in over my head legally. He was my primary contact and counselor regarding contracts, property settlement, will writing, gas and oil rights....everything that "came up". He resolved conflict between family members and prevented disputes during a difficult time.
He is a calming, professional person, willing and capable of putting out fires. He stayed with my case until probate ended and the issues I had were resolved enough to proceed without an attorney. In other words, he saw things through and made them better while saving time and money.
His fees are more than fair and he was careful about never overcharging. He often answered the telephone personally and if not, always returned calls promptly.
