I just wanted to take a moment to not only post my highest recommendation for Barbara, but also thank her. When I first started looking for representation, my instinct was to search online. I went to a few interviews with other attorneys , but I didn't feel like they understood the complexities and severity of what I had gone through. They all wanted to take my case, but I felt like a number...as though it was all just dollar signs to them.
Finally after much effort and frustration, I asked one of my attorney friends who he thought was the best in the industry. Right away, he arranged a phone consultation with Barbara. After our initial conversation, she made time to meet with me as soon as possible.
She understood the minute intricacies of what I experienced immediately. It was a very difficult/ painful issue to talk about, and Barbara made me feel welcome and understood. She not only is an absolute master in her field, but she is very astute and empathetic as well. From there, Barbara & her protege Emily Stehr ( brilliant rising star), took care of every detail. They produced and amazing outcome while at the same time caring for my discretion. I can't recommend these ladies enough. Barbara and Emily are the best, and I'm so thankful that I found them:):):)

I have never had to retain a lawyer before, so I wasn't sure what the experience would be like.
When I had my first meeting with Kaitlin she was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. She was very upfront and told me what I could expect from her. He gave me good useful hint without charging me. We were lucky to find Deanna Stone and Aaron Morris of Morris and Stone Law Firm!
I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases demonstrating that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP.
In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statement in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with Morris and Stone's defense.
If I ever have any legal issues in the future I will certainly contact Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone. If you're reading this review I recommend you call them as well, they give a great consultation are extremely knowledgeable and fair.

Deanna is very professional and willing to help. I called for a free consultation and was surprised that my question was answered so thoroughly that I was able to proceed without a lawyer. Deanna answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel she was waiting for me to hire her. She was genuinely interested in my problem and spent about 45 minutes talking to me and even told me to call her back if I had any other questions. Her advice was spot on and did not cost me a dime. In the event I do need an attorney in the future, I will definitely call Deanna again.

Frank Clowney is an excellent attorney and has the respect of judges within the profession as evidenced by a judges comment as we appeared before him for arbitration. The judges first comment was "You have a good one here", referring to Frank Clowney's reputation in appearing before him. His next comment was equally telling. "How much do you want" in response to settling the arbitration case.

I cannot say enough great things about Attorney Pate. He was not only courteous and professional to me but very intelligent in dealing with employer. In September, 2016, I contacted Atty. Pate regarding an incident I considered to be age discrimination in my workplace. In a no charge consultation, he advised me to contact my human resources department regarding the incident. I did so. My company investigated the incident, and it seemed to have been resolved. Six months later, my company took what I believed to be retaliatory action for my initial complaint. I resigned from my employment under duress two months later. I again contacted Atty. Pate who believed I had a discrimination and retaliation case against my employer. He advised me every step of the way while negotiating with the employer. Atty. Pate was helpful when I tried to collect unemployment and the employer appealed twice. My unemployment claim was successful. When the employer would not agree to a settlement, Atty. Pate filed a complaint with the EEOC, and ultimately a suit against the employer. Nine months after my second contact with Atty. Pate, the case was settled to my satisfaction. Atty. Pate kept me informed through the entire process. He was patient and empathetic and worked hard on my behalf against a very difficult employer. I am grateful for his efforts and guidance.

As a seasoned business professional, I have retained at least 10 attorneys in the past for matters such as bankruptcy creditor actions, partnership disputers, labor law defense, customs disputes, commercial real estate and copyright actions.
Of all the law firms my businesses have retained, Sally and her team at West Themis are by far, the most astonishing. They work 10x faster and more efficient than all of the attorneys and law firms that I've used. Sally's methods are very concise, methodical, and strategic. She filed a certain motion in a case that my former attorneys at a larger firm never did. With her firm, I got answers, strategy, and results at much lower rates.
Sally is the managing partner at West Themis Law. This law firm has a team of attorneys and professionals that handle different related areas of law that helps them strategize and attack each matter with different areas of law. They don't do copyright.

I had an employment law case with some co-workers and we were seeking unpaid wages and overtime. Mr. Maroko was my Family Law Attorney more that 30 years ago advising and helping me in matters related to child custody and child support. Although his practice has expanded far beyond what my needs were back then I just wanted to say in reflection these many years later how his honesty, ethics, and skill in the courtroom resolved satisfactorily what was best for my baby daughter. I had contacted legal aid regarding family law advice and was given a few references. Larry was the only one over the phone that made me feel like a person he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. I was not looking to hire an attorney at the time, but just to get advice and assistance on the steps I should take for filing. After a couple months my situation got a little more complicated for someone with no legal expertise to continue on their own so I made an appointment to meet with Larry in person. Thanks to my lawyer, Lorenzo Esteban Herrera, aka, "Larry Herrera," I felt really confident hiring him as my defense laywer over a lawsuit of "Grandparents visitation rights." I, as a parent, and recent widow, was left with accusations of money being owed to my ex-inlaws and also threatened by them to take away my daughter and have full or partial custody. Robyn and I graduated high school together, many years ago, which is how I know her. Robyn has always been polite and well-spoken. Recently I found myself in a situation with a former employer that was a surprise to me. During this time in my life, my livelihood was turned upside down.
