I was misled by my dealership and car manufacturer about my car being a lemon and was told I had no recourse. Larry gave me a free and fair appraisal of my case and told me he could help me out. I really felt that if he couldn't help me, he would be honest with me and not waste my time. A few months later Larry got everything taken care of and a buy back for my car. Larry took care of everything and I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents and fax some papers to him. Most importantly his fee doesn't come out of your Lemon Law settlement. Couldn't recommend Mr. Hoddick enough.

Ross represented me, a federal employee who had worked for a financial regulatory agency. Five years after the original incident, an EEOC Judge issued a notice finding discrimination and found the Agency discriminated against me based on my disability in connection with its failure to accommodate me and constructive discharge during my probationary period. Ross Fishbein, worked tirelessly on the case for nearly three years and helped negotiate a settlement agreement with the agency for $425,000 to compensate me for back pay, expenses I incurred, and payment of full attorney fees. The settlement was just before the hearing on damages and was likely a better outcome than an EEOC-ordered reinstatement. Ross is professional, compassionate, and extremely well-informed. The EEOC judge commended him for his strong writing skills and hearing presentations. He met all deadlines and did an excellent job. I hired Ross to represent me with my EEO case against the government and he did a great job. Ross is an intelligent, hard-working, honest attorney that always made himself available. During my case, Ross demonstrated that he was concerned about my work life and how things would affect me after the case was complete (besides just a payout) which meant a lot to me. At one point during the case, my Agency's attorney tried to make excuses for their behavior and poke holes in my case, which was pretty infuriating and disrespectful. Ross was professional and he successfully destroyed the other attorney with solid case law and I was proud to have him on my side. In conclusion, I would highly recommend hiring Ross Fishbein if you plan to take on the government. Expect a long upward and unfair fight. I know it can be difficult to know where to turn when you are wronged and you will feel alone. Ross won a settlement with my case and I know he will do his best for you too.

I only had an over-the-phone consultation with Edrik, but through that I was able to tell that he's an honest and capable lawyer. Whereas I suspect many lawyers may attempt to collect money from you as soon as possible, Edrik was forthcoming enough to give me sincere advice as to why I should or shouldn't hire a lawyer for my legal claim. We hired Ms. Stratton to assist us with a contractor we hired to remodel our home. They tried to serve us a bill nearly 50% more than our original bid. This is not an unusual practice when it comes to home building, but these guys were hiding costs and doubling time and supplies unnecessarily. We were unable to see how they were coming to the amount of the final bill. Ms. Stratton took our case and reviewed all the documentation of the remodel, such as change orders, how they were provided, how they calculated their hours and supervision and, through her expertise, brought transparency and clarity to our case. She ended up uncovering change orders that were not written correctly or given to us in a timely fashion per the law. She also discovered that we were being billed at a 300% mark up over our original contract vs. doubling the cost and time as how the billing should have been done. We wouldn't have been able to successfully dispute these charges without her expertise in the laws of business. She maintained professionalism and respect for all sides during our dispute. We were very impressed by her and would highly recommend her.

Shirazi Law Firm is incredible! I came to them almost a year ago about a sexual harassment case. I was referred by someone who knew them and their skill set well. We got the ball rolling with my case then after a few months I got cold feet, I told them I didn’t want to follow through and they understood. I went back to the place where I was wrongfully harassed because the person was removed from the location but when I came back they treated me very poorly. They were retaliating in many different ways. I got the courage to call Mr. Shirazi again and he said let’s take care of this, no one deserves to be treated this way. He cared about my case and was very sensitive to the subject matter. He is professional and reliable. We continued the lawsuit and I am so happy I did because they made the whole process so easy. I was at a very low point of my life when I got terminated from a very popular and huge financial institution. I was dealing with major health issues combined with my livelihood being taken from me.
