I brought this firm one of the messiest cases a family attorney could probably imagine. (In fact, two firms turned my case down because they didn’t feel capable of handling all of the moving pieces in my situation. Yes, I was that client who emails/calls several times a week, for months.)
Andrew Prater was 100% honest and accurate about his opinions in my case. (Translation? He told me the truth even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Meaning I was genuinely prepared for the issues I was dealing with.) Andrew Prater was 100% professional. If my case wore him out? I never knew it. I’m certain my case wore him out. He was respectful of my time, my finances, and my situation. I genuinely believed that it would be impossible for one attorney to do all of that.

Horrible very unprofessional, he didn’t do any ground work in my divorce if it wasn’t for my initiative on my own I would have loss everything including my family home. He didn’t even subpoena my witness. I felt interrogated threaten and I was unable to contact on the phone prior to the divorce was final. I didn’t even receive an itemize bill to this day.

I am absolutely heart broken with the lack of care that was used. I retained Abby Holt to represent me regarding an estate dispute. Cut and dry my dad’s siblings said I didn’t exist and claimed to be his only heirs. This issue was time sensitive. She did nothing but makes phone calls, no letters or emails documenting correspondence between administrators atty..nothing. She left the firm and me without representation after nearly 5 months... She never filed a claim on my behalf. I’m not a lawyer I assumed I only needed to prove our relationship. She never should have taken my case or money. Now it’s too late for me to file a claim..

I attempted to obtain this law office to handle an eviction case on June 6th - the original individual who was assisting me couldn’t not follow up due to family emergencies - the secretary and the billing specialist are rude; they like to scream on the phone, hang up during calls, gives you no room to talk and then they ignore the calls going into the office - I requested the call is escalated to a manager and the billing specialist then identifies herself as a manager. The excuse they kept giving is that the original person that was working my case was out of office and then proceeded to tell her personal business of why - when I asked them for their last names they said “we don’t give out our last names”. It’s June 20th and nothing has been filed - according to the secretary they do not follow up and do not call their clients to provide updates.

I would definitely recommend this lawyer. In fact, I’ve recommended her to a couple of my friends and they all have thanked me for it … She does outstanding work and will not beat around the bush with you!!! She know her laws and if you get caught red-handed, She’s going to make sure that The Police didn’t have any mistakes on your paperwork. I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware

I had to go to Georgia for a Custody that was ordered in NYS and the person fled to Georgia. Elizabeth was the only lawyer that was willing to take the case. I used kelly for my divorce. She helped me through every step start to finish. She kept me well informed and on schedule with court dates, I always got a phone call to tell me how hearings went if didnt have to attend or any communications she had with oposing counsel. Mr. Kruse was always straight with me on my options. I first met with him when considering divorce and I didn’t follow his advice and failed to file sooner. So I hired him when I needed to fix things. He understood my case and my concerns and continued answering questions after our case was closed. He took ownership when his paralegal made a mistake (her replacement was great!) and he dealt with abuse and drama from my ex’s attorney with complete professionalism. I hope I don’t need to, but I’ll hire him again if I need further action on our latest decision.

I met Brian last year, and the circumstances of my case were very hard and difficult to deal with. Let me say this, Brian was easy to work with, felt like he had my back from the day I retained his services. Let me give you a piece of advice when dealing with Brian, always tell the truth no matter what. If you give this man and his firm the truth and information he will fight for you and do the best job he can! I never lied to Brian i told him the truth about everything. He assured me over and over to trust him and while sometimes it was hard, Brian and his firm knew what they were doing. He assured me it was a marathon and not a sprint but to stay the course. It was the longest 12 months of my life but being a religious man and having Faith in God and in Brian I knew that I would be okay. As opposing counsel and my ex tried to use false restraining orders to gain the upperhand over and over, Brian tore them up and showed the truth! The thing that I admired about Brian that you don't see hardly anymore is that he would never take a shortcut or lie to gain the upperhand. He did it the old fashion way, hardwork and using the truth! He never once tried to take a fast shortcut to gain the upperhand, he just assured me that we needed to trust the system, and show the truth and put the work in and everything would be okay! Again easy to work with him and to set a plan. As time went out and Brian and I were able to show the truth to the court and the parties involved appointed by the court it was deemed that I should be awarded full custody and that I had the best interest for the children. That's my story in a nutshell, and to tell you where I came from and where I ended up Brian and his firm worked their tails off and got me custody of my kids! Their was times I spoke to Brian at 11 pm at night to have my mind put at ease or to go over my case, sometimes on the weekends, he always returned calls and emails. As a matter of fact my mother just passed away and after the custody and divorce was over he still reached out to me to let me know that he was sorry for my loss. I haven't had a lot of dealings with lawyers but I assure you of this he cares about his clients and he fights for them! I went from only being able to see my children based off lies from my ex to getting full custody as he fought hard for me. While I may sound like a broken record here, I am trying to show you the reader who may be looking for a lawyer that will fight for you, Brian is the man that you need to use! Thank you so much for your help, your partnership in walking with me as it was the hardest time of my life, but thank you! I am very thankful and when I looked you in the eyes and shook your hand I meant what I said! You took care of me like family, I won't forget that! I hope you nothing but the best, and hopefully I won't need you again but if I do, I know that I got the truth on my side and a lawyer and firm who will fight to win for my children and myself!

...Greg Wall’s office shouts, “Get the hell out!” Unprofessional: Stood me up in court. Refused calls. Lost paperwork repeatedly, until I started emailing instead.
Unapologetic: Wasted the entire time until, on the last day, I switched to Scott Brown and Brian Coutts who won $200,000 in a short period of time for about the same cost.
Greg Wall made NO effort until it came time to collect his $30,000+ for doing nothing.
I would love to meet these other people who gave him 5 stars. I suspect they’re members of his church ward.

Greg represented me on my divorce modification. He did a
wonderful job representing me. He was very clear in where I stood and rather than making any promises he just got the job done. His experience shows in the way he handled my case. My x-wife's attorney was very difficult to deal with and rather than thumping his chest and making matters worse he handled her in a very cool and calm matter. Greg did everything he could to avoid going to trial and he succeded not only in that outcome, but getting everything resolved fairly. I was very pleased with the way everything was settled. Rhonda did little as possible for my custody battle for my son , refused to address any police reports filed on the other party when given this law office video proof, she helped hide me from knowing my son was already baptized, chose not to fight for my rights to my son , sent interrogatories without me being able to see prior, which other party refused to answer and hurt me and my son from having a quality life and placement, also refused to discuss billing issues, abused my retainer and extra to benefit the other party , beyond heartbreaking

I had my will and trust redone in 2021 with Chris Craig. This experience was adequate. But when I wanted to make some fairly basic changes (changing beneficiaries) to the will/trust this year in 2024, Chris wanted to charge me more than the initial set up of my will and trust (thousands of dollars to make edits to the will and trust that would have taken me an hour if only it was legal for me to edit the documents in Word).
When I questioned such exorbitant charges for such simple revisions he fired me as a client. Now I'm stuck with a will/trust that does not reflect my wishes. I'm shopping for a new attorney who I can trust not to extort me for simple changes.

Unfortunately I did not get to meet Chris…I was to have a meeting via zoom with an elderly friend that was in dire need of a Will. We were to meet Chris to discuss our needs. However, the form I had been emailed was asking for intense info that would have taken me several days to obtain. To paraphrase, I obviously was not refunded 250.00 but didn’t get to have consultation either. Most definitely was not impressed with Paralegal…very defensive attitude!

Ms. Rubenfeld and her team helped me through my divorce 5 years ago. I was very young with a newborn while trying to navigate a divorce due to my husband's infidelity. Abby met with me whenever I needed, emailed with me as long as I needed to, and returned my calls when I needed. She provided the best possible advice, and she fought for me even when I was ready to give up and give in. Even when I simply needed to vent, she always seemed to listen. She was very helpful when it was time to take my money. After that getting her on the phone was impossible. When I did speak with her she was always short and had an attitude. The paperwork she typed up was incorrect and she got an attitude with me for informing her. She didn’t even contact me to let me know my divorce was finalized. I looked it up online and contacted her. She got defensive and told me she done her job and don’t contact her anymore.
