I here to leave my highest review for “Nick Yoka”, I have the privilege of having my case handled by Nick. He is hard worker, extremely knowledgeable, and works diligently. Originally I was injured and bounced around between two lawyers who were low balling me and not good at communicating my needs and injuries. Nick was able to get a job done in less then months; Nick was immediately able to get the balling on my case and DOUBLED my expectations. What I like for people to know about Nick Yoka; he is HONEST (yeah you read it right), kind, good hearted and methodical in his decision making process to ensure the best results are achieved for his clients. Nick is a great communicator and helped me make an informed decision that would best help my needs to recovering from a life long injury. Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP did an excellent job for my son's case. Accident occurred August 2016, his case went through multiple attorneys, heavily litigated resulting in low offers, and excessive expenses. The process was exhausting and discouraging. We then contacted attorney Nick Yoka, who rolled up his sleeves and went to work. Mr. Yoka’s hard work paid off and in approximately 8 weeks after hiring him he had an offer which was more than double from the previous offers. I cannot say enough about the law firm of Baum Hedlund. I contacted them because my prior firm did absolutely nothing. First off, they are caring and compassionate. I noticed that from the start. My paralegal/case manager, Danielle English, was on my case from the get-go. She listened to my story, to my concerns, and has emailed me frequent updates on my case. My trial attorney and his whole team at PSBR including Alec Clark and Sharen Ghatan were simply outstanding. They turn over every stone in litigation and won motion after motion in court including in the court of appeal. The defense refused to accept responsibility for my beloved 22 year-old son's death despite their many safety violations. Spencer took my case to trial and watching him work was amazing. The defense could not keep up with him and it was clear they had no chance against our team. Every day of trial the defense offered more and more money to settle. Finally they agreed to the amount we wanted and also agreed to implement safety changes and training at all their business locations nationwide so this never happens again. I could not recommend Spencer and the whole firm at PSBR higher... they are the best! I now can live the rest of my life financially secure and can focus on my healing. After learning we needed to file our suit in California, our lawyers helped us choose Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi LLP. Robert and his team were more than helpful with explaining the process and we were able to settle out of court for the maximum allowable that the trucking company's insurance would let us. Payment was super quick and again the team was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Exceeded my expectations Shortly after losing my house in the Woolsey Fire, I found out that the insurance payoff provided by the California Fair Plan was not enough to rebuild my house. Rachel Gezerseh, Lyssa Roberts and Melody Saadian worked diligently, tirelessly and determinedly to build my case and maximize my compensation. The settlement was above and beyond my wildest expectations. Now I can rebuild my home.

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Ryan Casey at Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP. I was in a car accident where I was at a complete stop. A woman ran directly into me going about 40-50 miles per hour. Initially I thought I would be ok, but over about a week my back got worse and worse, and over the next 6 months progressed even further. Needless to say, I was in constant pain, which affected almost all aspects of my life. It made playing with my young children difficult, workouts were limited, my mood was drastically changed. Long story short, I ended up having 4 procedures on my back in a 2 year period. At times it seemed as if it would never end. I was referred to Ryan and decided to pursue a settlement. I am not a litigious person and didn't want to sue the driver at first, and Ryan understood my concerns and supported me every step of the way in my case. Ryan worked diligently on my behalf and represented my interests throughout the entire process in order to help me reach a settlement with the insurance companies. He was educational, informative and most importantly he was very quick to respond, instruct and support. One of the things I appreciated the most was at the onset, Ryan never "oversold" so that my expectations were never too high. He was realistic, honest and worked HARD. Needless to say, after about 2.5 years, my case was settled with 2 insurance companies and my expectations were FAR exceeded. Would I do it all over again, I sure hope not. But I can assure you that if anything were to ever happen again, or to anyone I know, I would URGE people to seek out Ryan at Panish.
