We sought out legal counsel after a delivery truck driver, while under the influence, failed to stop in traffic and killed our son in a horrific accident. From the beginning, it was more than about money for our family. We wanted to change how and who this national company hired for their drivers and hopefully have an impact on the trucking industry standards in general. Our lives were turned upside down when my wife was rear ended while stopped at a red light. She was left with a traumatic brain injury and plagued by severe migraines as a result. After some deliberation, we decided to sue the driver (I say “we” because I also sued for loss of consortium). After signing with a different firm I realized it was not the right place for me. So I contacted Panish, Shea, Boyle, and Ravipudi. I went in and met with the team and couldn't have been happier. The end result paid off as they were able to secure the maximum amount through the Lyft ride-share policy. poor communication, lies upon lies upon lies, EXTREMELY displeased with my final settlement. i ended up feeling like i should have just handled the whole case on my own. good riddance.

If I could give no stars I would! This law firm is the biggest waste of time. No matter what documentation I showed them they always needed something else , I was doing all the work!!!! They released me due to a letter they got from a dr saying I was examined for my symptoms but were not specific to what the letter needed to say to file my case. NOR DID THEY TAKE ANY TIME TO TELL ME WHAT IT NEEDED TO SAY !!! They don’t call you after the first conversation you have by phone , everything is by text or email. They come off completely cold in their responses as if your inconveniencing them. I turned away about ten other attorneys!! What a waste of my time. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE
